Making a cappuccino where half the cup is foam is unacceptable, they even put the foam with a spoon, I have never seen anything like that in my life. I understand that making cappuccino is an art and making the cream (not foam inflated by steam) is difficult, so just make the coffees and have the cappuccino made by someone who is capable. Really negative experience.
