An extremely refined yet, above all, welcoming venue, you'll feel right at home, maybe even more so. The drinks are impeccable, and the presentation itself makes you want to try them. The owner is incredibly kind and courteous. As soon as you walk in, reservations are best, and you'll never want to leave.

From the moment we went in we felt like we entered another world not just because of the intricate well crafted cocktails and recommended to each one of us taste perfectly, but the owner and his genuine warmth and care was out of this world (very beautiful to see someone work with their chemistry and art in drinks so beautifully) , its so rare these days to find a place like this rich in experience service and company, i recommend 100000% you wont regret it! Thank you so much Mehran you were just perfect i cannot wait to go back! Go here dont even think twice just dress up and have the cocktail of your life!!!

Mehran is a very welcoming, professional mixologist - he is a perfectionist and knowledgeable about cocktails. He uses premium liquors for cocktail. If you want something different, some speak-easy vibe, definitely come here and you won’t be disappointed. He will serve you with all the hospitality and give you very different experience.

Going to the Bitter Bar was a major component of what what decided my itinerary in Florence. I am passionate about bitter cocktails and had heard about this bar's near-legendary status among those who crave a crafted cocktail, novel alcoholic delicacies, and the finer side of drinking. If you want to be catered to by the most masterful bartender, spend your evening relaxing in in a 1920s speakeasy atmosphere, and have the absolute best time, you should come to this bar. I felt safe, I felt special, and we wound up closing out the bar at 2:00 a.m! Please do yourself a favor, it is an absolute delight and a truly extraordinary experience.

Incredible cocktail bar with the most inventive and delectable drinks. Mehran is the owner and genius behind the bar, he is super friendly and welcoming. The decor, music, and atmosphere are all amazing. Hugely recommend Bitter Bar!

05/07/2026: This restaurant is known through reviews and Google rankings. Dinner after a training event, so guests were from a variety of backgrounds. There were 11 of us. The restaurant was clean, especially the restrooms. They were quick to take our orders; we were at a table near where the dishes were coming out of the kitchen, so service was even quicker. However, it was generally quick considering the location and other tables, even though there was a young woman in training. They brought us sliced ​​Margherita pizzas as an appetizer to help while we waited for our dishes. I personally enjoyed the grilled fish, and it was good: salmon and swordfish were well-grilled, the squid and shrimp skewers were tender (not dried out like they often are). The grilled vegetables were tender. The grilled meats, such as tender veal with mushrooms, and fried fish, according to other diners, were also good. It's not a "trendy" place in terms of its impact, but it's certainly much better to have a conversation while listening, clean, fast, courteous, and good food. If we're in the area again and have the opportunity, we'll be back.
05/07/2026: Family-run restaurant... fast service... very welcoming staff. Very kind owner. I'd say the Neapolitan pizza is excellent. The food is excellent because they use certified products. The price is reasonable. Well, what can I say... congratulations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
