24/05/2025: When the waiter heard that we wanted coffee and tiramisu, he got angry and removed the tablecloth from our table and said that this is a restaurant and that those who do not eat do not deserve tablecloths.

20/05/2025: I recommend booking early if possible - very popular - and for the room below with particularly elegant and suggestive vaults. Excellent value for money, starters in general with fair portions, first courses equally. Friendly and fast service. I recommend the starter with Parma.

05/05/2025: Ordered lasagna it was 4 sheets of pasta with nothing in between them bar a fine coating of white sauce, topped with dried out meat then microwaved hot, the only Italian restaurant in italy i would say a microwave meal which is out of date would be a better choice. The waitress asked if all was ok i said no she smiled and laughed handed me the bill, absolute joke of a place, if this was back home in Northern Ireland they would be out of business the day they opened. Disgraceful setup!

18/05/2025: I can't say the food wasn't good, but it wasn't worthy of a five. The pizzoccheri weren't bad, I've had much better ones in other places. Maybe they were a little too salty and the cheese wasn't very tasty. Maybe it wasn't the chef's night! As for the wine, I had a glass of red Valtellinese on tap... The waiter didn't remember the name... It wasn't great, I would have preferred an inferno, or a red Valtellina or a Sassella, but it seemed like they couldn't give me a glass of that type of wine. The strawberries with ice cream were good. The typical appetizer was also good, but I don't remember the name, meatballs with melted cheese inside on a bed of salad. There was a lot of chaos inside and even though it was a May evening we preferred to eat outside where it was quieter. The waiters, poor things, were always running around going from one table to another. A little too much confusion, maybe because the food is good and it's a well-known restaurant.

07/05/2025: Local clásico con el horno a la vista donde se sirven pizzas sabrosas a muy buen precio. Servicio profesional y eficaz para un lugar típico italiano.

26/05/2025: We had vegetable and potato soup, homemade pasta, and pizza, accompanied by local white and red wines. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was great. We would definitely love to come back!

21/05/2025: Excellent food served but: arrived before 9:00 pm they told us that the kitchen was about to close and that certain dishes on the menu were no longer available. Service rather hasty. Too bad.

22/04/2025: Somos um casal brasileiro que veio a Tirano para pegar o Bernina Express. Para sermos sinceros, não tínhamos grandes expectativas quanto à cidade – apenas a víamos como uma parada estratégica. No entanto, a nossa experiência no Contadi Gasparotti mudou completamente essa visão. Que presente maravilhoso foi encontrar esse lugar! Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos com um carinho que aqueceu nosso coração. O destaque da noite foi, sem dúvida, o atendimento da Ana. Que pessoa incrível! Mesmo com a barreira do idioma, ela se dedicou de forma admirável a se comunicar conosco, usando um tradutor e sempre com um sorriso no rosto, paciência, ternura e uma simpatia genuína que são raras de encontrar. Sentimo-nos acolhidos como se estivéssemos na casa de amigos queridos. Ana nos serviu uma sequência de pratos típicos da região da Valtellina, todos absolutamente deliciosos. Cada detalhe mostrava cuidado e excelência – desde a apresentação até o sabor de cada ingrediente. Mas o que realmente fez tudo ser tão especial foi algo que não se coloca no prato: o amor com que Ana nos servia e apresentava cada etapa da refeição. Muitos dos pratos foram preparados por ela mesma, e era evidente que havia alma, tradição e dedicação em cada um. E claro, não podemos deixar de mencionar os vinhos. A qualidade é altíssima, e harmonizam perfeitamente com a proposta gastronômica da casa. Tudo ali tem um propósito: oferecer uma experiência completa, autêntica e memorável. Em um mundo com tantas opções, é a experiência que faz a diferença – e o Contadi Gasparotti, através da Ana, nos proporcionou muito mais do que uma simples refeição. Foi uma noite de acolhimento, sabor, cultura e afeto. Se pudéssemos, daríamos nota 1000. Ana tornou nossa noite inesquecível, e Tirano, que antes era apenas um ponto no caminho, agora ficará em nosso coração com muito carinho. Muito obrigado por tudo!

03/05/2025: I entered the pizzaria and said hello to an employee right in front of me. He did not reply, instead he talked to another woman. I tried again, said hello, and the man walked away. I couldn't tell if the man was deaf or simply did not care.

15/05/2025: - Food: it's good, but there are undeclared ingredients in the dishes, for example in the meat tartare there are little pieces of olives. If I had known I would never have taken it, as I have the same opinion of the olives that Caleel has in the live action of Mulan. In the veal with tuna sauce there is a slightly spicy sweet and sour sauce. Uh, okay? On a positive note, if you ask for their strongest wine everything becomes tolerable, even the olives. Their Sforzato wine is really good, and I'm not one who loves wine, this is strong but it's fruity. Even the bread they bring you is good, especially the one in the shape of a flattened donut. The portions in general are honest. - Atmosphere: nice, well-kept, young and airy, I appreciate that the tables are not all stuck together. But to tolerate the volume of the music, wine is not enough, you also need noise reducers. Luckily I had some with me there. (PS: the reducers alone are not enough, you really need wine too, assures my friend who had the reducers but is teetotal and had that face all evening, the "I hope they bring me everything really quickly because I want to leave" face). I have so much pity for those who work here for hours, I feel u. Five stars for the service considering the working conditions. - Service: okay, kind and friendly staff, they also bring you a free taster upon arrival, and they even made the gesture of turning down the music a little when we asked. It must be said that on the ground floor it is less loud, on the upper floor much louder. - Bill: okay, a little expensive but within the limits of normal, and in any case they have the menu displayed outside so there are no surprises.

28/05/2025: GREAT little cafe, 2 minutes walk from the train station. Friendly staff who are all multi-lingual. They were very accommodating as I am Gluten Free , and have some main courses and sweet treats available. They serve home made pasta etc and the restaurant is all very clean and nice. I'm glad we found it, (we visited 3 times whilst in Tirano). VERY good prices (4 euros for 2 proper coffees). HIGHLY RECOMMEND

26/04/2025: Parking in the area, food nothing special (for my personal tastes) with a nice environment, not very comfortable given how the tables are set up. Very slow service, despite the very kind and helpful waiters (perhaps the kitchen is slow?) But the worst thing is the cost of the evening (Friday): 35 euros per person in the "a.y.c.e" formula excluding drinks/sweets/coffee! So around 50 euros for not having eaten at the top I give 3 stars.

04/04/2025: excellent food. clean toilets. Unfortunately, being new and very good, there are also queues! during peak hours you may have to wait 10 to 15 minutes but everything is acceptable!! the waiter staff is very quick and friendly. unfortunately during the busy hour I happened to ask 5/6 times if I could have a drink, I was told it would arrive immediately and then never arrive again, but all this is tolerable given that they are always full 😊. the only point against me are the chopsticks: I much prefer the wooden ones, the plastic makes my fish slip ^.^ update. after the boom it had a horrible decline

31/05/2025: The pizzas were historic; I'm in my 70's now, and have been eating pizzas in various countries for decades. We went because the reviews were good. Unfortunately, the brilliant female waitress tried to overcharge us by 100€, a "mix-up" on wine. Great for 88€, less so for 188€. Please go, but watch out for misunderstandings.
