07/12/2025: I happened to return after a long time, and I have to say, Marino never disappoints! It's worth a try for its unique, historic, warm, and friendly atmosphere. I had the best tagliolini with truffle I've ever tasted! Definitely worth a try.

Excellent and extremely excellent food... I was with my family and we ate for 10.
I've never eaten so well in my life!

19/10/2025: A small, family-run agriturismo located above Chiuro, very welcoming, serving traditional local cuisine, yet equally refined. Accessible via a paved road, narrow in some places, where two cars struggle to fit, but once you arrive, it's definitely worth it. The interior is small (reservations recommended) and quaint, while the outdoor area has plenty of tables and benches spread across two levels, offering a beautiful view, especially from the back. Prices are in line with the numerous dishes, each one better than the last. For those who want, it's also located at the crossroads of several hiking trails, making it an ideal place to relax.
It was our first time here, but it certainly won't be our last. Highly recommended!

22/12/2025: We had lunch on Saturday. When we pass through Valtellina, if we need to eat out, we go here. Nice atmosphere, good food, fair prices. But the difference is made by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. We only ordered one portion of sciatt to try, and they split it between two small plates. Top!!! Well done!!! Thanks and see you next time!

06/12/2025: After several attempts to dine here, I finally got to enjoy the incredible cuisine of this legendary restaurant. A local had always recommended it to me as "the place to eat authentic Valentine's pizzoccheri," and she was right.

31/10/2025: I've stayed at this hotel several times on business trips and have always had a great experience! The rooms are spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient (for my travels), even though it doesn't directly overlook the SS38. The breakfast, included in the booking, is convenient and varied.
Bonus: the wonderful mountain views from the balconies.

28/08/2025: We returned at the end of August 2025, returning from a hike to Alpe Armisola, and took the opportunity to stop for lunch, where we enjoyed an excellent pork shank with potatoes. Kudos to the kind and helpful staff and to the new management, which has revitalized the attraction of visiting this beautiful mountain area.
22/07/2025: Family lunch after a pleasant walk. The manager and waiter were both excellent. It was a pleasure to share. Excellent food (sciatt, polenta, and sausage). Good wine. The host is Dino... he may seem "strange"... but WE really like strange people. And by the way, I'd like to remind you that Doctor Strange is one of the Avengers... just to say... and that when you get here... time stands still... and it's nice that it is so... the rush doesn't allow us to enjoy the view and the encounters. Keep Calm and lots of stuff! ☀️The kids are super happy and having a blast! So: TOP. We'll see you again soon!

17/10/2025: I started looking for a bar to have breakfast, I found this bar that said it was open and closed until 1:30 with opening at 8, I walked the whole way because I couldn't with the van, I arrived and found it closed, without any notice

15/10/2024: Mi primera impresión fue que iba a ser ruidoso por la noche porque hay un bar / pizzería en la planta principal. Pero nunca escuchamos un sonido. La configuración es un poco extraña, ya que se accede a las habitaciones a través de una puerta al lado del bar. Pero Omar era muy servicial y amable, y nos consiguió situado rápidamente. Estábamos contentos con nuestra noche aquí, y nos alojaríamos de nuevo.
13/10/2024: E' sempre un piacere tornare alla Svolta.
Le camere sono comode,non manca nulla.
Il ristorante offre pietanze locali molto buone.
I titolari sono persone davvero a modo.
Lo consiglio.
