Fantastic quality and presentation of the dishes.
But the zabaglione made right before your eyes is incredible.
30/05/2025: What a beautiful restaurant, I come here a few times a year with colleagues and friends to eat typical food from Valtellina, especially Sciatt and Pizzoccheri. Marino is a great person and so is every staff member here and they will make you feel at home. I love this place and will always come back when I have the chance.
I also highly recommend the Zabaione as dessert.

19/05/2025: I accidentally came across this place and stopped for lunch. I never imagined I would find a small restaurant with good, fresh food and such kind staff. I will gladly return as soon as I can.
13/05/2025: Valtellina dishes in keeping with tradition, very good. The pergola is beautiful for eating outside in the summer!

24/05/2025: Tuvimos la noche más maravillosa. Llegamos antes de lo que esperaban, lo que no creo que suceda aquí normalmente. Es un restaurante tradicional local. Tomamos un aperitivo y luego fuimos a nuestra mesa. Nuestra anfitriona era brillante preguntando de dónde venimos y queríamos comer tradicional. Después de comprobar si nos gustaba la carne y el queso y confiamos en ella. Ella siguió su camino y plato tras plato de los platos italianos más sabrosos que nunca hemos probado. Pizzoccheri ahora nuestro nuevo plato de pasta favorito!
Totalmente recomendable.

21/06/2025: We spent three days at the La svolta hotel as a base for excursions in the area and we were happy with everything. The restaurant's cuisine is fabulous, local dishes but also original, carefully prepared. The location is very good with a splendid view of the mountains
15/06/2025: We were super happy, room, very nice with large spaces and super clean beautiful balcony and great view.
Good restaurant. Breakfast spectacular.

12/01/2025: Everything is truly perfect, delicious food, they also serve excellent dishes for children.
Very clean and tidy environment, including bathrooms with soap and toilet paper always available.
Magnificent service with very patient and kind staff.
I have used both the bar/restaurant and the children's playground several times, I really recommend it to anyone, a wonderful experience.

15/10/2024: Mi primera impresión fue que iba a ser ruidoso por la noche porque hay un bar / pizzería en la planta principal. Pero nunca escuchamos un sonido. La configuración es un poco extraña, ya que se accede a las habitaciones a través de una puerta al lado del bar. Pero Omar era muy servicial y amable, y nos consiguió situado rápidamente. Estábamos contentos con nuestra noche aquí, y nos alojaríamos de nuevo.
13/10/2024: E' sempre un piacere tornare alla Svolta.
Le camere sono comode,non manca nulla.
Il ristorante offre pietanze locali molto buone.
I titolari sono persone davvero a modo.
Lo consiglio.
