21/03/2024: Few people at lunch. Simple command: 1 ortolana pizza and 1 pizzocchero. The pizzochero arrives in 10 minutes, the pizza arrives after the pizzocchero was finished... but there were 2 of us, and we wanted to eat together. It's already clear that you don't know much about the profession. 15 euros a pizza. A greengrocer robbery with tomato extracted from a metal box, blended and put on the pizza, 4 small vegetables. Mains water, 3 euros. Not even in the bottle. Go ahead and make fools of foreigners, then when the Italians arrive in the summer you will cry that you don't work. Absurd markups. A 220 gram ball hydrated at 60% costs 15 cents of flour. The mozzarella for pizza that you use in cubes 8 per kg, another 80 cents.. 20 of tomato.. 2 hg of vegetables not even 1 euro.. pizza for 2 euros plus cost of wood and personnel sold for 15. Mains water 3 euros ago 18.. aren't you ashamed?

17/03/2024: We stayed in this hotel for a week in March: I would start with the strong points; the location (in the center of the pedestrian area) the cuisine is good and let's say "abundant"... stop here. For the rest, I think it is painful for a hotel to have a wellness center with cold pool water, two small hydromassage tubs for a fee of €10 each, max 15 minutes... Turkish bath for a fee and obviously various massages... painful, very poor breakfast and with poor quality products...courteous staff but nothing more...and finally, the icing on the cake...after having paid for my room (superior deluxe) by a person who works at the reception I was also told that they would they remitted the expenses with the POS because I rightly wanted to pay for my last drinks with the debit card and evidently this lady didn't like it... After having collected their good money for a deluxe room and having offered poor services. Never again

21/02/2024: sinceramente avevo aspettative più alte , abbiamo ordinato 3 bottiglie e fatalità non aveva nessuna delle tre la signora apparsa anche scocciata quando ha visto le nostre facce attonite...tanto che le ho consigliato io di darci quello che voleva . Servizio frettoloso e ambiente banale come i secondi e i dessert... me ne avevano parlato meglio ma come sempre meglio provare e valutare di persona..forse han cambiato gestione o la concorrenza sta facendo il suo ..peccato perchè era l'ultima serata

15/02/2024: Purtroppo esperienza non positiva. Ho dato 3 punti su 5 per essere clemente…ma la verità è che siamo stati accolti in modo scortese e arrogante da una tizia stile “agée e demodée” (sarà la proprietaria del ristorante??) che tutto dovrebbe fare tranne che stare a contatto con i clienti. Che prenda, invece, lezione dagli altri ragazzi che servono ai tavoli, attenti e servizievoli (i 3 punti sono tutti dovuti a loro..). Ma poi, dico: la pasta al pomodoro con le patatine nel menù dei bambini?? Ma siamo in Italia o dove?!? Quantomeno imbarazzante. Almeno ce l’avessero messa la pasta nel piatto…c’erano 4 pennette sparute. Allora statemi bene a sentire: a Livigno c’è un mondo gastronomico da scoprire, decine di altri ristoranti dove sentirsi a proprio agio e mangiare bene. Aspettando che il Paprika migliori e raggiunga la media, andate a cena dove c’è chi sa fare il mestiere ristoratore e sa farvi sentire bene.

15/03/2024: The place is worth dinner, but unfortunately the pizza I ate left a lot to be desired, and I'm sorry about this because they have a wood-fired oven, but the vegetarian pizza I ate looked like a hot margherita (undercooked dough) with cold vegetables placed on top after cooking, I'm sorry but it was a disappointment.

16/03/2024: Great hotel in the heart of Livigno. Very close to lifts and ski schools. Highly recommend it.

22/02/2024: Awful, we came here with big expectations and came out very dissapointed. At first we got bread that was day old minimal. After that, we received our first course topped with an unfresh salad and bad balsamico. We had hope that our main course would save it and it was even worse. Cold food, warmed up gnocchi, unflavoured meat and the same with my family’s food. Don’t go here. You’re going to be very angry and poor after you leave.

04/04/2024: Second time we have eaten here in two years. The place is always very nice.

27/03/2024: Location and food were okay. With the exception of one female waiter, the employees were nice and competent. The female waiter in question made my family and I's stay worse due to her bad mood and incompetence. A crash course in service would definitely be appropriate.
