04/01/2026: This hotel is magnificent, and I'll definitely be back. I stayed there a couple of months ago with my girlfriend, and I can tell you, I've never felt so pampered in my life. They're always there for you, always ready to make you smile. A huge thank you to all the staff, from the receptionists to the dining room staff. 02/12/2025: After about seven years I returned to Livigno and unfortunately I am not at all satisfied with both Mottolina and Carosella. The slopes are absolutely not maintained during the day, perhaps all the slopes that are currently operating make snow (even though there is no need for snow there and they could rather make snow on those where there is no snow) so it is very unpleasant to ski on them and I saw several people get injured (e.g. at the finish line where there is a narrowing, they made snow all day). What fascinates me the most is that they have the cannons on all day even when the wind blows the snow off the slopes. Even though there is enough snow on some slopes, the lifts do not open. I would not expect that from such a ski resort. Overall, a disappointment and given the high prices, I have absolutely no reason to return here.

05/01/2026: The place is aesthetically pleasing, with a modern layout, but unfortunately, our expectations for the food weren't met. We ordered a Milanese with fries and a Margherita pizza. The Milanese arrived just two minutes after ordering, clearly reheated; the food seemed pre-cooked, and, unfortunately, it wasn't good. The pizza, however, was tasteless and partly undercooked, and arrived after 15 minutes. This place seems to focus more on quantity than quality. It's a shame, because the place has potential.

Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting. The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the night; the staff was attentive without being overbearing, and their recommendations for wine pairings were spot on. The atmosphere is warm and sophisticated, making it a great choice for a relaxed dinner with close friends. Courtesy, professionalism, quality, reliability, abundance, and friendliness are just some of the qualities you'll find at this establishment. 08/01/2026: I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had duvets that made you want to stay all day. The restaurant for dinner was also excellent: a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Definitely an experience to repeat.

27/01/2026: The restaurant-pizzeria is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly. They have a nice selection of pizzas. They're varied and the delivery times are also quite fast. The only flaw is the lack of some dishes like pasta or meat... That's why I gave it four stars... If it becomes more complete in the future, I'll definitely give it five. As for the quality of the products, it's good and manages to satisfy all tastes given the flexibility in the composition of the dishes... I recommend it.

We were especially pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff: my family and I had a car problem, and even though it was a holiday, the staff called everyone they knew to figure out how to help us. They should all be like that. Highly recommended!!
