19/11/2025: We arrived almost at closing time, but the very kind lady at the register asked if they could make a couple of Chiavenna gnocchi, and luckily they said yes... Excellent, a real treat. Everyone was really friendly, and the place is a real gem. The desserts were excellent, the beer was good, and it was a truly wonderful experience.

16/11/2025: For me, this is the best of the crotti in Chiavenna. EVERYTHING is delicious, the portions are generous, and there's a wide selection to choose from. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: I had a lovely evening with friends, and I have to say the pizza was delicious. I had the Bebe (speck, gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey), which was simply fantastic! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was young and friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: During the Crotti festival, I had the opportunity to try this delightful place. It wasn't a random choice; I was looking for traditional dishes with a touch of thoughtfulness, and I must say they fully met my expectations. Two of us chose the traditional menu, and one dish was even better than the other: Sciatt with a little batter and lots of cheese, pizzoccheri with just the right seasoning, not drowned in butter. The meat melted in your mouth and wasn't even needing a knife, so tender it was. The dessert on the menu wasn't anything fancy, but it was good. Then we ordered tagliolini with mushrooms from the menu—exceptional—delicate and without seasoning. The dish was so generous that we only needed to finish with dessert. The dessert was a true delight: a cannoli with blueberries. The atmosphere was elegant, and the service is silver! The staff were extremely friendly and the service was very fast. Average bill, considering that we ate quality food: 3 of us, two menus and 1 à la carte - €50 per person, obviously we didn't have wine.

26/11/2025: Formal, elegant, clean, and tidy—these are the hallmarks of this restaurant. Run by Argentinian residents, I can say their food is exquisite, as well as generous portions. I was also flattered by the friendliness and cordiality, as well as the professionalism, of the staff. Thank you! I'll be back soon to try other delicacies.

16/09/2025: the gelato actually touches my soul. it’s somehow flavourful and soft and also chewy at the same time. one of the most memorable gelatos of my life. also the sponge cake with fruit on it is amazing

09/11/2025: Everything I ordered was truly delicious: the cured meats and cheese appetizer was delicious, especially the Osvaldo prosciutto, which melted in your mouth. The pumpkin ravioli were spectacular. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious dessert: panna cotta with persimmons. The owners were friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The sirloin with exceptional potatoes and the pizza were equally good. The service was excellent. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, and I thank you for the way we were treated.

14/08/2025: Balcony overlooking the river. You'll never want to leave. Excellent draft beer. Very friendly staff. Delicious, well-prepared food. It's a must-visit during our vacation.

02/11/2025: My best friend and I made a reservation at this cute restaurant, where the atmosphere was very relaxed. The food was excellent, hot, and really cheesy (cheese lovers will definitely enjoy it). A simple but truly delicious dinner. We hope to return soon.

16/07/2025: A must-stop for stocking up on Prosto biscuits and other treats. The shop is well-stocked and there's parking nearby.

12/07/2025: A quaint shop, complete with an adjoining bakery, where you can buy the famous "Prosto biscuits"; they're truly delicious, well worth a visit! The workshop is located in a picturesque square next to the beautiful parish church, where Saint Luigi Guanella carried out his pastoral ministry in 1866.

25/11/2025: The quality of the products is truly extraordinary. I purchased five different panettone, excellent desserts, amaretti biscuits, and a few other small specialties: everything was impeccable. The shop is small but very well-kept. The service, however, left me a little disappointed: the staff wasn't rude, but they weren't particularly helpful either. Despite my large purchase, I wasn't offered any shopping bags, nor did I receive a simple thank you. I had the feeling they were almost relieved when I left. A real shame, especially considering the excellent quality of the products.

21/08/2025: Visited 20/08/2025. Can't fault the Parma pizza, mine was lovely, shame the service didn't match. We were sat down and a plate of ham, bread and cheese was brought to the table but we were waiting over 20 minutes for anyone to bring menus to the table. Before we got our menus, another family were seated near us and their menus were on the table before they could even sit down. Staff were friendly enough apart from one young girl who looked miserable and like she didn't want to be there. We didn't feel that welcome and were happy to leave as soon as we had finished our pizzas.

15/10/2025: Amazing hotel, lady at reception is very friendly. The hotel seems recently renovated and its very clean and modern. We really had no complaints other than a coffee machine would be nice in the room. Parking is available in front of the hotel (White lines, blue is paid) Definitely coming back!
