10/04/2025: Very good pizza, with always abundant and quality toppings. The choice is wide and creative, and the attention paid to selecting the ingredients is noticeable: each slice is rich and tasty, which makes each pizza truly tasty and satisfying. The prices are fair, in line with what is offered, and the portions are also generous. The only flaw that I have found more than once is the dough: sometimes it happens to arrive a little too soft or slightly raw in the center, especially with the more stuffed pizzas. Furthermore, delivery times are not always punctual: often there is a delay of up to 15-20 minutes compared to the expected time, which can be annoying if you are hungry or have planned dinner in a certain way. Overall, however, Il Mago remains one of the best pizzerias in the area: I will gladly return and recommend it, hoping that with some improvements in dough and punctuality it can easily deserve the 5 stars.

10/12/2024: A pizzeria - trattoria with a simple and friendly atmosphere, the dishes on the menu follow tradition but there are also more imaginative and unusual proposals, we were there for lunch and we chose the menu of the day, the portions were generous and well arranged, all very tasty: the tiramisu had something sublime! Fair prices and friendly staff. To be recommended!

25/04/2025: Elegant setting overlooking the beautiful city square (also has tables outside). Nice and tasty dishes, adequate quantities. Quick and very friendly service. The warm seafood salad with Taggiasca olives, braised beef cheeks, cutlet and apple strudel are excellent.

21/04/2025: I was there yesterday with my family, for Easter lunch! Very nice place, quiet, great welcome & positive treatment! Ps. I'm the child....the one who's a little too grown up!! 😂🙈😉

18/04/2025: Oven off and children's area closed (it was 1.55pm, it's okay). We order three first courses, one arrabiata. The latter is so spicy as to be inedible. No one managed to make more than 2/3 forkfuls. Left more than half. (I eat and cook above average spicy very often). They asked if we wanted parmesan, but the dishes already arrive with cheese on top (??) with no parmesan available. I had to ask. From the €13 menu we only take the first course, modest quality dinner made in 5 minutes at home, and we pay €11 (ok). Upon our observation that the dish was too spicy, they neither asked if we wanted anything else, nor offered to fix it, but replied: "everyone ate it". Missed opportunity to listen, apologize and improve. Could it have been an unlucky day? I will try again with every intention of changing the review positively.

12/01/2025: I'm very sorry to give a negative review, but the dishes are no longer at the levels they once were, the menu was extremely reduced, the pizzas were not available and the portions were really small. Dishes without infamy and without praise. The desserts were not inviting: the tartlet with cream and fruit had a cream that looked like those packaged desserts and the top had pineapple and kiwi; the chocolate mousse looked like mu-mu. Little attention to the customer even though we were the only table on a Sunday evening.

18/03/2025: I had dinner with them and that same evening I took a nice trip to the bathroom because I felt really bad. The lady is polite, but I heard the chef yelling and I think the other diners pretended nothing had happened. The fried dumpling was really hard, but after hearing the chef I avoided asking to remake it, the lady was friendly the whole time even if she felt cold because the structure is a kind of building anyway. I didn't even want to write a review and then I saw that they threatened a girl who wrote her experience and I felt like writing it even if now I'm quite scared because more than accepting criticism it's blaming the customer. I was passing by, but please avoid.

25/04/2025: Posto bello ma un aperitivo scarso e povero ,ho chiesto al titolare qualche focaccina per la bambina di 1 anno me l'ha rifiutata voleva che la pagassi, a 3 € un pezzetto , allucinante

06/04/2025: Locale anche buono e pulito, ma per quanto riguarda l’aperitivo veramente pessimo. Quantità misere per 9 persone hanno portato 6 pezzettini piccoli di pizza e un ciotolino di patatine, neanche un pezzo a testa. Spriz decente ma cameriere svogliata e poco presente.

Qualità del cibo più che sufficiente, servizio un pó lento ma ripagato da presenza di parco per bambini attrezzato e servizio di babysitteraggio in sala coperta. La vera CADUTA DI STILE al momento del pagamento: 115.3€ a coppia Pagamento scelto tramite bancomat e il commento dello smilzo alla cassa: “115.3€….vabbè facciamo 116€” Come se i pagamenti con bancomat necessitassero di arrotondamento…per eccesso oltretutto. Le piccole cose che, potendo scegliere, ti fanno passare la voglia di tornare in un posto… Au revoir

02/11/2024: Posto semplicemente meraviglioso! Siamo stati a pranzo, scoprendo questo agriturismo sincero per puro caso. Il menù è davvero ottimo e i camerieri gentilissimi! Prezzo assolutamente onesto per le portate. Il parco esterno è unico: ci sono animali assolutamente inaspettati come canguri, cammelli, alpaca e tartarughe giganti. Una giornata che non dimenticheremo!

28/02/2025: Se cerchi un aperitivo perfetto a Vigevano lo trovi qui,taglieri mega enormi per aperitivo con tante vastità di Cibo. Ottimi anche il rapporto qualità prezzo dei drink!

24/01/2025: I read the reviews and an idea, for which the vast majority are negative, confirms the negativity that the environment transmits, to the point of never wanting to be wanted to enter, if not just once, where I I found myself at all at ease. Biased, almost as if they were focusing on something else, which has nothing to do with the first impact linked to the welcome and service, based on mutual education and the ability to distinguish the customer through empathy. All in all, on that occasion I paid my bill, said goodbye politely and left, overlooking the perception, simply saying to myself that I wouldn't go again. This evening, on our way home, we pass through the street and out of the bar in question there were three girls sitting with a little dog drinking peacefully, out in the open!!! Presumably by their own choice. Passing by, the golden dog greeted ours, so we approach so as not to disturb the girls, after a few minutes Mr. comes out. with an already accusatory and obvious tone, claiming that the sliding door was opening, stating this: "guys, the heating is on" with a typical tone of those who do not distinguish and do not care about people's attention, about tolerance, about mental elasticity but especially on the dynamics in question, allowing themselves to address us in an unsuitable manner and tone. I truly felt compassion, but at the same time I found it of such baseness that even observing my husband's understanding made me proud of him, but at the same time, outraged by such vulgarity. Considering that the girls were sitting outside and the three of them were having three aperitifs, and taking into account that their dog acted instinctively in wanting to greet ours, it already made us perceive many things that only those with mental elasticity avoid falling into slip-ups of this magnitude. Furthermore, we were passing in the public street, and not knowing the girls, not only did we assume a short time, but specifically, to avoid inconveniencing the girls, they lengthened the leash. And although I take into account that there are people around who have no respect, when you see that there are those who run a place with a long face and not respecting certain boundaries, it makes you understand that something is wrong. Obviously we were deeply embarrassed by them. Having said that, it is clear that I would never go and give my contribution where competence does not start from a good welcome. Which is based on empathy and respect. One star is our trust because you can't get less. Furthermore, working for a company, where we often dine out, I noticed that we always found ourselves in agreement on exempting the place in question.
