At the checkout we chatted; It's been a long time since I received such humane and kind treatment. Perfect staff. I recommend the pizza to everyone, which has a very good dough!

02/02/2025: I order a pizza for 8pm, at 8.30pm as no one has arrived yet I decide to call. The boy who answers me says that I'm late because there was the derby (absurd) and adds that they would have made the delivery in 15 minutes. At 9.15pm the order finally arrives at home. Average pizza, but arrived cold. Embarrassing.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. When my baby's ice cream started melting, I quickly grabbed a plastic cup from the counter to help — instead of understanding, the employee snapped at me and demanded payment, claiming it was a “high cost for the owner.” Another employee insisted I pay €0.50, even though I offered immediately. I had also paid for water, which they forgot, and when I asked for it as I was leaving, it was dropped on the table without a word. No apology, no kindness, not even a smile. I tried speaking Italian to be respectful, but they made no effort to communicate or help me as a tourist. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointing experience — will never go back. During my two months of traveling in Italy, this was without a doubt the worst customer service I received. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My child’s ice cream was falling, so I grabbed a small cone that was right there. One of the girls said to me in a very rude tone, “You have to ask first!”. I told her that if I could just explain it to me nicely, I would have paid without a problem. Then another girl with curly hair told me, again in a rude way, to go to the cashier and pay 50 cents. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place I used to like. They completely ruined my coffee break with their attitude. I had a really disappointing experience at this place. 05/01/2025: Esperienza pessima, ero già stato qui in passato per un evento tipo apericena, mi ero trovato benissimo. Nuova gestione, per un evento simile mi sono trovato malissimo, dal servizio al mangiare, non elenco di seguito cosa nello specifico non mi è piaciuto perché sarebbe una lista lunghissima. Non lo consiglio a nessuno assolutissimamente da evitare.

26/03/2025: A nice bar to stop for a substantial breakfast, I had a shell with milk cream, a walnut and maple syrup puff pastry, a cream cannoli and a ginseng cappuccino... Even though there were a lot of people in front of me, they were quite quick, kind and helpful, table service too... The shell and the puff pastry were really good... compared to the cannoli that lacks a bit of flavor in the cream, but the puff pastry is ok... the ginseng cappuccino was very well made... The price of everything was 6.10... not bad nowadays and for what I had. The place is small, it's not much... but it's still a welcoming place... In fact, for me it deserves 4 and a half stars.

13/12/2024: Small bar also near the town market. Very busy, not very big, also has some tables outside. The welcome could be worked on. I have been in several times and it leaves a little to be desired, I can understand that being very busy patience is put to the test. But it is to the detriment of occasional customers. It does not encourage you to come in again. You think it is a bad day, but when you find the same "sympathy" also the other times you doubt that this is normal. At the back it has a slot room, perhaps this also contributes to having customers who create problems.
