12/11/2024: Very nice place, kind and helpful staff, I made the request to bring me a platter of cheese and courgettes for one and I'll tell you when my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't expect such a generous platter (you know they usually bring you three slices of courgettes and two slices of cheese and the price is exaggerated) luckily it didn't happen here and the price is very honest I would recommend everyone to try this place

10/02/2024: Dopo una prima esperienza eccezionale, siamo tornati con una amica vegana. Il locale sempre carino ed accogliente, il personale, specie il nuovo ragazzo Salentino , e’ cordiale, il servizio però lento e non troppo preciso. Nonostante avessi prenotato inizialmente con The fork ( con ben -20% di sconto ) ho optato per scegliere l’orario libero e al momento del conto , non mi hanno applicato il-20% ne’ tanto meno un arrotondamento di prezzo … nel 2024 il cliente va coccolato, non usato come bancomat. Peccato, pessima figura per il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il conto e che mi ha fatto attendere all’arrivo.
Rapporto qualità prezzo appena sopra le righe , prodotti ottimi e porzioni generose .
18/01/2024: Piccola osteria curata e accogliente, lasagne ottime come anche gli antipasti ed i secondi, buona carta dei vini con etichette importanti ci torneremo per provare altri piatti.

19/12/2024: Come in for a snack, this fabulous place, in ancient style, lets you relax and dream among books and tears... menu herbal teas or coffee and drinks... frothy cappuccino as it should and vegan brioche with Nutella, all good

28/09/2024: We had been to this restaurant previously, when it was still the Barbisa trattoria.
Now it's still them but with a different name, even if the name of the restaurant is unchanged on the internet and the old menu is still available.
The first time we had a pretty good time, even if some dishes were absolutely not up to the price offered.
When we returned the second time we discovered that the menu had been changed and that they no longer made pizza.
In conclusion we ate an overcooked risotto with lots of cheese (it was requested not to cream the risotto with butter/cheese).
The pappardelle with wild boar ragout was really heavy, it felt like I was eating mostly fat and oil.
These last two dishes arrived 1 hour after ordering.
Finally, the mixed fried food ordered was soft and salty.
Personally we were very disappointed, also because the prices have increased a lot since the last time, without improving the cuisine and the experience it leaves for the customer.
28/08/2024: I was there about 1 year ago and had great, really delicious food, and tomorrow after a year I'll be back.

Few tables inside, which makes the environment "intimate".
Not a "traditional" menu, but a refined one, which gives you the possibility of being able to vary between first courses, second courses, tartare, raw dishes. High quality raw materials.
Very kind and welcoming owners.

07/11/2024: Mi sono recata presso il caffè Veló la scorsa settimana per una merenda pomeridiana con amici e mi sono trovata molto bene. Ho ordinato dei pancakes ai frutti di bosco senza glutine (sono celiaca) ed oltre ad essermi arrivata una porzione bella abbondante, erano anche molto gustosi! Finalmente un locale dove posso mangiare alimenti gluten free senza rinunciare al gusto!!
Leggo dalle altre recensioni commenti negativi sui prezzi, ma per il momento storico in cui stiamo vivendo direi che è del tutto ragionevole e se i prodotti sono di qualità, pago ben volentieri!
