Gastronomia Botanica del Pioppotremulo In Seregno

My experience at Pioppo Tremulo was decidedly positive. It's a place where you can enjoy a truly unique aperitivo/aperitivo dinner, with original pairings and new flavors. You can clearly sense the research and attention behind every dish. Special mention goes to the vegetarian gyoza: simply amazing. My only comment, which doesn't affect the overall rating, concerns the children's bill. We ordered five "baby" pasta dishes (two plain and three with tomato sauce) for a total of €70, or €14 each. Considering the small portions and very simple dishes, the price seemed unreasonable. I would have found a significantly lower price (under €10) more appropriate, especially for families with multiple children, where this item significantly impacts the total. I hope this comment is interpreted constructively: it's a place I'd happily return to, but with three children, the bill risks quickly rising.

Excellent welcome. Great customer service. Unexpected offerings. Excellent ingredients, well prepared and beautifully presented. Surprising pairings. We were looking for a new experience. Satisfied and delighted beyond our expectations. We embraced every proposal with confidence and amazement. Not just an aperitif, but a meeting. We can't wait to return and explore the garden.

We went for lunch on Sunday because we were given a voucher for their tasting menu. The place was packed, with a diverse clientele. We were warmly welcomed and served with great professionalism and courtesy. The quality of the food, the preparation technique, and the freshness and seasonality of the ingredients used make "PioppoTremulo Gastronomia Botanica" a rare gem among the dining options in Seregno and, likely, the entire province of Monza and Brianza. The staff was available to answer all our questions regarding the ingredients used and their provenance, which is certainly not a given. We will definitely return to enjoy the brunch option. P.S. 4 out of 5 stars for the atmosphere due to the uncomfortable seating, especially for a tasting session lasting more than two hours.

I've been to Pioppotremulo twice: once, a few years ago, for a family lunch, and once, last Sunday, for brunch with friends. The dishes were delicious and the combinations were very unique. If you want to try something different, I absolutely recommend Pioppotremulo. The dining room is also very beautiful, relaxing, and well-kept. The prices are excellent. I'll be back!

I discovered this gem thanks to a friend, a restaurant professional. I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the owners' hospitality. Then I was won over by the cuisine, the quality of the products, and the ever-changing dishes they offer. The platter that accompanies the aperitif is a new discovery every time, with ever-changing and interesting pairings. Since they use farm-grown produce, they follow the seasons, so there's something new every time. The wines are also very good! Well done everyone!!

They gave us a full tasting, and it turned out to be a wonderful gift! From the moment we booked, you can see their special attention to the customer: they asked for confirmation on the types of foods they eat (due to diet or personal taste), an unexpected touch, very useful when you're in the dark. You can also have everything vegan! The service is excellent; Aurora carefully serves the dishes and explains them with precision. It's also surprising to discover that she's always in charge of the kitchen: she's very good at managing the customers at the tables and also at the stove, maintaining the high quality of everything. The food is unusual or "the usual," but served with new cooking methods and combinations that surprise you. The location is very charming, with characteristic features, and the greenery in the courtyard makes you forget you're in the gray city of Seregno. You end the experience feeling just right, wanting to tell your friends all about it. I'd call it a real treat!
