15/09/2025: A somewhat disappointing family lunch! We had booked a table for seven at 1:15 PM... encountering traffic, we called to let them know we'd be late for 10-15 minutes and were told they'd wait for us. The response seemed a bit strange to me, but only upon our arrival did I understand why. We arrived, found our relatives already at the table, and sat down. A waiter immediately arrived with the menus, hastily and somewhat rudely urging us to choose quickly since it was late and the kitchen closed at 1:45 PM. We each ordered one dish given our limited time, and the service was very quick. Two orecchiette pastas, neither excellent nor infamous (they lacked a bit of flavor, a shame because Apulian cuisine is usually very tasty), two very good mixed fried dishes, and a good grilled fish and sea bream... for entrees, there was a bruschetta each and a glass of white wine. The desserts weren't everyone's cup of tea, but my nun's tit was good...€6 each. Above-average prices. What can I say? Overall, it was a disappointing lunch, with no welcome, and a rushed service. I don't understand why they didn't tell us when we booked that the kitchen closed so early. We would have chosen differently because we certainly wouldn't have been happy if we'd caused an inconvenience and felt like we were in the way. The restaurant's opening hours show that the restaurant closes at 3:00 PM, and we couldn't have imagined the kitchen closing so early.

03/10/2025: Absolutely disrespectful behavior. There was a promotion going on that offered a 2-for-1 on any beer from 6 PM to 8 PM. While I was waiting in line at 7:56 PM, the owner clearly wasted his time, ignoring me and letting the time pass until 8 PM, when he turned to me and said the promotion had expired and I had to pay full price. There was a heated discussion during which significant insults and abuse were hurled at me, completely unjustified. Totally disappointed and not recommended.

13/09/2025: Here at LaQuolina you immediately feel at home. Super welcoming atmosphere with a perfect outdoor space and an interior surrounded by windows. But the service 😭😭😭😭😭. I've never found a restaurant with such courteous, kind, and quick-witted staff! 👏👏👏👏 Unfortunately, my macaroni carbonara was practically without pancetta and was missing pepper! Despite this, it took very little time from ordering to being served!!

01/10/2025: Lunch break, few people but very long waits (over 20 minutes for a burger and fries). The pizza was good, but the dough wasn't easy to digest. The prices were a bit high for the average quality.

29/08/2025: A small place (expanding soon) but intimate and charming. I'd also like to add Vitantonio's empathy, which is always happy to stop and chat. Vitantonio's pizza, in my opinion, is the best slice in Monza and among the best I've ever tasted. The highlight is their home delivery: they're always on time, and the pizza comes out of a small oven on their van, so it arrives nice and hot. A unique service like nothing I've ever seen! Needless to mention the quality/price ratio, absolutely extraordinary. Applause!!!

29/06/2025: We had dinner for 4, we started with fried polenta and polenta cakes, we continued with beef burgers with polenta sandwich, pappardelle with saffron and luganega and cod to finish with homemade semifreddo and pear and chocolate cake. The service was excellent, the waiter was kind, prepared and very friendly. The food was excellent, everything we ate was very well made. Very fair price. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, with some unusual dishes that are worth a visit. Excellent quality ingredients, perfectly balanced and expertly combined. For my taste, the soy sauce is a little too salty, requiring careful use. Personally, the only flaw was the Philadelphia salmon temaki: in its simplicity, the cream cheese was at the bottom of the cone, the salmon on top; you couldn't get both at once. A detail that is certainly overlooked elsewhere, but here it stands out in the extreme care taken in the preparation. The Mazara prawns wrapped in amberjack carpaccio are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is kind and attentive. The price is reasonable for what's on offer.

28/09/2025: We celebrated two retirements at lunch on September 28, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The appetizers were exquisite, the scampi risotto was top-notch, the first and second courses were well-balanced, and the fried fish was excellent. The wine list was equally impressive: we chose two labels, a Pecorino and the Vermentino "Cala Reale" from Sella & Mosca, both excellent pairings with the dishes. The finale, with cake and sparkling wine, made the day truly special and truly memorable. The service was attentive, courteous, and always with a smile. 24/07/2025: Lovely service, nice women, English spoken. Food was quite dry and uninspiring for our taste. It was like healthy options or veggie food from the 80s. Nowadays we are spoilt for choice and expect more. We also found it a tad expensive for reheated deli food. Maybe because we were starving and eat more than Monzanians😅
