I come here often for piadina. It's very good, and the service is fast and impeccable. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The only negative, in my opinion, is that the drinks are a bit expensive.

The guys and the manager Adriana have great patience and make the work break very delicious, compliments on the piadina :)

I placed my order on Glovo, and in the notes, I wrote, almost as a joke, if it were possible to receive the Trudi dolls I was missing… The result? Not only was the order perfect and super good (fresh ingredients, top combinations), but they also really listened to me 🧸 The best thing, however, was the handwritten message on the receipt: a simple yet rare gesture, which shows how much they care about their customers. I've been going to this piadina shop for years now, and there have been few times I've been treated badly, just as few times I've waited longer than necessary. The piadinas/rolls are more "topped" than at other poorly managed piadina shops (see Muggiò, empty piadinas and rude staff). I see a lot of less-than-favorable reviews, but I have to say I've always had a good experience. Perhaps many people think they're the president of the republic and that everything is entitled to them, with their presumptuous and irritating ways. As I read, the only thing is that they sometimes handle money with the same gloves they use to cook, but I've seen that very few times. The manager, Adriana, is very thorough and patient, especially with the kids (you often see young people just learning), as well as being very friendly, nice, and super helpful. I would have given it 4 stars, but I'm giving it 5 thanks to her.
