26/02/2026: We went last night, and I was absolutely amazed, as a celiac. They bread the tempura in rice flour, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about whether or not every ingredient in their dishes is gluten-free, which is no small feat. The fish is delicious, you can taste its freshness, and even after eating it, you don't feel thirsty at night or sick (which has happened to me at other à la carte places). It's expensive... but worth every penny. I'll be back.

26/10/2025: Thin and light pizza, unique, different from the usual! I tried the fried pizza, very good. They also have three choices of first courses and some appetizers. Very kind staff! They welcomed us on Sunday for lunch after 2 pm even though we hadn't booked. Very fast service. A simple and authentic place!

15/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times and have always had a great time, but last night, mmm. Let's start with the positive things I've always found at Birra e Brace: the waiters, always knowledgeable and very kind. Moving on to the food: excellent burgers, and I have to say that I think they've improved on the pinsa (I used to find them acceptable, but now they've introduced more unique and truly delicious flavors). Last night, the pinsa arrived in record time (fantastic), but the person at the table who had the burger arrived after the rest of us had all finished... we mentioned this several times, and when it came time to pay, we hoped she'd at least give us a discount on that dish, but the owner (I think she is) initially pretended not to know anything, then, when we insisted, she gave us a small discount of not even a €2. Oh, and on top of all this, since we booked with The Fork, we were already expecting a 20% discount that wasn't applied. We realized this later when we read the receipt, but we were angry and didn't want to go back to that place (before anyone says anything: we told them we were with The Fork). Thanks for ripping us off. This one also says, "Oh, but didn't I even offer you any bitters to apologize?" "Oh no"... do you think you did? Not even! Hahaha, who are you kidding!? The previous owner was kinder and more attentive to the customer.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were greeted by Michele, who was kind and friendly and immediately found us a table even though it was Saturday night and we hadn't booked. The place is very cute, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent, cooked to perfection, and we had a perfect evening. Amazingly, we got to the register and paid a ridiculously low price compared to what we ordered... we'll definitely be back, hopefully soon.

16/02/2026: Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best: risotto with ossobuco cost €30. We got a dry risotto and a piece of ossobuco with only bone and cartilage. The explanation was, "Unfortunately, it depends on the piece you get." It's hard to accept this when you look at the other diners' plates, which were very inviting and had three or four pieces of ossobuco, as they should be.

22/02/2026: Overall, a very positive experience. Excellent atmosphere, both inside and out. Excellent service. Excellent food, but for my personal taste, some dishes, like the risotto and sea bass, were a bit bland. But respect, only for my taste standards.

29/09/2025: What can really make a difference in a restaurant isn't the quality of the food, which you might find in many other places, but rather courtesy, helpfulness, and empathy. I found all these qualities in this delightful restaurant. I went to Monza, to the Autodromo, for a running race and had booked a table ahead of time. Due to poor event organization (by the organizers and the municipality), we unfortunately had a significant delay compared to our reservation. Naturally, we notified the restaurant, expecting them to reject our reservation given our significant delay (also close to closing time). Despite this, we were still welcomed, even very warmly, and offered excellent service. What more can I say? Other than an immense thank you ❤️ I will recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely return when I'm in Monza again. This kindness is very rare, a little gem that sets you apart. Oh right, the food? Nothing to say, everything wonderful and excellent value. Thank you.

20/09/2025: The fish is handled and presented as expected from a Japanese restaurant, so much appreciated... however the dishes... very little variety of fish, like a Chinese all you can eat unfortunately... the classic tuna, salmon, amberjack and little more... the fatty streaked salmon typical of farmed salmon and so who knows... finally the rolls, between dragon and California rolls, very typical of Chinese restaurants but not Japanese ones... it is more towards fusion than Japanese for sure, I would say a good 80-20, but with the variety of fish and the expectations given by the name, as well as the fact that it is actually run by a Japanese family and finally the final price... I can't go beyond 3 stars, honestly, not an experience that remains in your memory, it is fine for those who are not demanding but still want to spend
