Simply fabulous. The location is enchanting, right inside Monza Park, and the dishes are mouth-watering just from the plating and arrangement. I hope I'll have the chance to return!

I came for brunch on Sunday. Not much to say, the location and atmosphere were stunning, one of the best places I've ever been to. The food was excellent, with a large and substantial buffet. The staff was attentive and very precise.
I was amazed at the precision with which I was served by a very young, but attentive and friendly, curly-haired man. You're doing well to have young talents working with you to create a more welcoming and less pretentious atmosphere.

Saint Georges Premier is a restaurant that impresses even before you sit down, thanks to its elegant location surrounded by greenery and a relaxed, refined atmosphere that invites you to take your time.
The cuisine is refined yet accessible, with well-constructed dishes and a menu that strikes a balance between technique and flavor. The preparation is precise, the pairings interesting without ever being forced, and you can sense careful attention to the choice of ingredients.
The outdoor area is also very pleasant, ideal on sunny days, adding to the experience and making the setting even more evocative.

Overall, a very positive experience.
Excellent atmosphere, both inside and out.

Excellent food, but for my personal taste, some dishes, like the risotto and sea bass, were a bit bland. But respect, only for my taste standards.
