08/05/2026: In this shopping center, the restrooms, scattered throughout the area, are truly DISGUSTING... taps that don't work, cold, if not freezing, water (in winter) lacking soap, doors in disarray, toilet paper containers designed by "graduate designers" who knows how... just try to use the paper (when there is any...) to realize how useless they are!!! In short, these are bathrooms that need a complete overhaul URGENTLY and have been in this pitiful condition for several years!

18/02/2026: The food isn't fresh, the salad is watery, and the chicken isn't fresh. And there's no one there, even though everyone who says it's good is there. You arrive and there's nobody there. The chicken is €45, the cover charge is €3, and a drink is €2, so the total is €50. If that's the case, El Hornero is better.

16/02/2026: Last night, my partner and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The waitress who served us was in a rush to take our order and gave us the wrong options for what my partner had ordered, bringing the wrong dish. Beyond that, I ordered a dessert, which apparently wasn't fresh at all. I felt awful all night. I'm so sorry this happened because Peruvian food is truly excellent, but things like this are disappointing!

27/03/2026: The guy who served me was completely incompetent, he minded his own business before serving the customer... besides, the ice cream wasn't even good. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

05/05/2026: Spontini's classic pizza by the slice is located inside the Centro Sarca. The quality of the ingredients is good, and the service is very professional and friendly during a quick lunch break. The menu prices are clearly displayed, and there are no surprises at the checkout. Overall, a good selection!

19/04/2026: We came for lunch this morning (April 19). The waitress, who appears to be of Asian origin, was very rude and annoyed. The food quality was lower than other Spontini franchises in the area.

22/11/2025: I'd give zero stars without regrets, but the system doesn't allow it. I live abroad and am visiting Italy for a short while. This pizzeria was recommended to me by a local resident. I ordered at 7:15 PM, with delivery taking 30 minutes, as the restaurant stated. I asked them to call me when the delivery arrived, since the entrance gate wouldn't open due to an electrical problem. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I called the pizzeria, but the number was still busy. After literally a few seconds, they called me, and on the line, I got a rude, angry man who swore at me and claimed he'd tried calling my cell phone (which wasn't true, as I didn't provide one, as I have a foreign number) and my landline "100 times" to let me know the delivery was coming to my door. I paid for the delivery, gave the courier a tip to apologize for the wait, and asked how long he'd been waiting. He told me "less than 5 minutes." It's important to point out that my number was busy because I was trying to contact the pizzeria about a delivery that arrived more than an hour late. Naturally, I got in touch with the owner. In no way should a business owner address a customer this way, much less a woman. Poor quality pizza; I've had better abroad, and that says it all. I will never order again and will inform all my friends and acquaintances in the area to do the same.

08/01/2026: The pizza arrived 45 minutes late, and the dough was soaked in oil. Inedible!

12/12/2025: This pizzeria has been around for a while, which honestly perplexes me. Terrible dough, hard and difficult to cut, rubbery crust, perhaps the burnt parts are better. I don't understand how they can still make a pizza like this and work with all the alternatives available. The ingredients were good overall, but if the base is poor, all hope is lost. I honestly don't know if they would eat their own product, or are they accustomed to very low standards. It can't be blamed on a hot or cold pizza, because it's certainly not the first time I've ordered delivery. Oh, I forgot, average prices are perhaps even a bit high, obviously disastrous value for money. Ordered on Friday evening, at least they were on time.
