04/03/2024: It’s absolutely mind blowing to me that this place has a rating over 3. The food was not impressive at all. Sunchoke puree, ice cold. Knife cut beef had zero salt and it was served with a mushroom that may have been the blandest thing I’ve eaten in Italy, again zero salt. this restaurant might be about to fail because they have none of the wine that is on their wine list. At least three tables were told we don’t have what you want. To us it happened three times. Major management oversight. The place has been slow all week and they don’t have wine, it’s not like they are out because it’s been busy, no reason to not have an up to date list. Our rabbit pasta was a poorly made, had zero rabbit in it and what rabbit was in it was ground very small, maybe a tablespoon of protein. Would be nice if they braised the whole rabbit and picked it nicely and reduce the braising liquid to make the sauce. Our desert was the tiramisu, way too much coco powder on it making it very hard to swallow. Plus we didn’t even finish the dessert before our rude server took it away before we were done. All around a horrible experience.

24/02/2024: The venue is refined in a refined context. Inside the hotel is the restaurant with its large, high and frescoed rooms. The service is attentive and professional. The food is of high quality. Recommended
