04/04/2025: Il locale si trova al piano superiore di una piccola palazzina. L'ingresso è piccolo ma già questa caratteristica lo rende carino. Si prosegue salendo le scale al piano superiore e ci si ritrova in un locale particolare molto molto carino! Personale giovane, educato, veloce ed efficiente. Da provare in modo assoluto il tris di polpette fantastiche!!! Anche gli hamburger serviti, molto buoni. L'unica pecca di questo locale è il riciclo dell'aria.. L'odore di fritto, piastra e griglia ti accoglie e ti avvolge appena entri e ti abbandona solo quando entri direttamente in lavatrice per levartelo da dosso!

22/03/2025: I went to eat at 12:10. The door was closed. I knocked on the restaurant window, since it was supposed to be open, a "very polite" person immediately exclaimed "but who the fuck is knocking!!!". He opened the window, and told us to wait... in the rain. What a warm welcome!! We got back in the car and changed restaurants. Update: his response confirms his rudeness that I spoke of before. Remember that those who work in contact with the public never know who is on the other end. Rather than telling me that umbrellas exist, since opening hours had passed, whether for two minutes! or for two seconds, the least he would have done would be to invite us in. But I repeat, this shows who he is. Instead of apologizing and convincing me that it was a misunderstanding, he invites us to use an umbrella and tranquilizers.

09/04/2025: Today 25 February 2025 I was by chance in Segrate and I found myself in this Ligurian focacceria, I had a very well made sardenara and farinata and then I also took one of their specialities, cheese focaccia, "mo di recco" pizza, to try. Well done, I felt like I was back in Liguria for the 15 minutes I stayed talking with the lady, who told me the story of their opening and it moved me. I invite you to read something on Milano to day, it will excite you too.

12/04/2025: We order the pizza at 7.30pm, we are told that the delivery would take place at 8.15pm. At 8.30pm, understanding that since it is Saturday there might be a delay, we decide to call for information. We were told that "there is a 30 minute margin", so the time indicated is only indicative. At this point I ask myself: why not communicate it right away? Or, why not indicate 8.45pm directly? The fact is that at 8.45pm the pizza still hadn't arrived. At 8.44pm we make a second call to ask for an update and are told, in an unprofessional tone, that "it hasn't been half an hour yet". Pizza arrives at 9pm. In addition to the delay, it is also wrong: we had ordered two devils, one normal and one lactose-free with added potatoes. There are no potatoes and it is not even possible to distinguish which of the two was the lactose-free one. As if that wasn't enough, they charged us for an extra Coca-Cola that we hadn't ordered and which, obviously, never arrived. We call again to complain about the service. We were promised a €10 refund which fortunately arrived. During the call, the owner even allowed himself to reply: "Okay, do you want to continue complaining and let the pizza get cold?" In summary: we will never order again, we will not recommend it to everyone. Terrible experience, embarrassing service. Could it have been an isolated case? Perhaps. But the error handling was terrible to say the least

24/03/2025: Pranzo sano e nutriente con alimenti controllati da coltivazione biologica. Molto frequentato ma comunque tranquillo e non confusionario anche se il locale ha dimensioni contenute.
