29/04/2026: Located on the corner of a food court in a shopping mall, but with plenty of tables available in front, it's small but very well managed. The token that rings when your order is ready is a great idea (so you can sit down or wander around without standing around waiting). The staff is incredibly friendly. The wait times are just right. The piadina is simply divine (and packed with fillings, even though I chose one with only a few ingredients). I'll definitely be back, and thank you for your kindness.

12/04/2026: Excellent piadina, cooked just right, filled perfectly. The small tail was quickly digested. A good alternative to other food shops. The price difference is justified by the products.

21/04/2026: The pizza was delicious, but the staff didn't speak English at all, which made communication and questions difficult. However, the men were very pleasant and kind, and the pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes. We were completely satisfied.

31/10/2025: Small but well-stocked tobacco shop It's impossible not to smile; the staff is truly welcoming and friendly. Some people still work for passion, not just for business. It's not the furnishings that transform a small town bar into a welcoming haven of relaxation and friendliness, but the people who work there. Really well done!

30/06/2026: Almost all the shops in this shopping center are closed (as of June 30, 2026). The bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. There are definitely better places around!

05/02/2026: It's a self-service place where you might go if you're really hungry and everything nearby is closed. I had reheated canned peas, a spinach-filled omelet, and I think something resembling cheese that tasted like reheated fried oil. Disappointing. But I have to say it was pretty clean.

24/01/2026: It's self-service, but the food is like a real restaurant. The preparation and ingredients are top-quality. The dining area is spacious, the tables are large, and the furnishings are attractive and comfortable. There's also a parking lot adjacent to the building.

19/05/2026: I went to the Ikea website in San Giuliano and made an appointment. I showed up and, after a bit of a wait, they couldn't explain why the schedule had scheduled me for that day and time. We placed the order, which took a while, even though I'd already set up the entire estimate. She just had to copy and paste, but she was so annoyed! The icing on the cake was customer service. There was practically no one there, and even then, we had a very long wait to get the instructions for paying by bank transfer. Finally, we were greeted by a young, very unpleasant woman with long, dark hair. She didn't smile, didn't say hello, or thanked us, since we were about to buy a kitchen. All that waiting just to get a sheet of paper with two instructions. Ikea in San Giuliano definitely needs to give a good talk to its dissatisfied, unmotivated, and rude employees—I might add.

27/04/2026: Ridiculous chicken in the sandwich, little chicken and not cooked well, super rude staff and clearly bored of working, highly inadvisable.

29/03/2026: I've never given a star, but the service was devastating. Besides mistakenly canceling my order, serving me cold food and a can of room-temperature drink, the real scandal was tasting the chicken and finding it raw. Raw.

02/06/2026: Well done, Mr. Marcos, top choice. I've been a customer of yours for several years. I always come here and to the Cupole to eat your delicious and excellent chicken because I've always had a great experience. The chicken is always well-breaded, perfectly cooked, flawless, and just as beautiful as it looks, it tastes good too. In short, it's "beautiful to look at, good to eat." Mr. Marcos is excellent. He's always smiling, friendly, joking, and funny, but at the same time attentive to every detail. He was able to recommend some excellent products to me. I'm leaving this positive review because, after the positive experience with the cashier Sithu at the Cupole, I was also satisfied with Marcos's excellent service at the KFC San Giuliano Outlet. Well done, well done, well done.

15/05/2026: First and last time. The quality is obviously low, but it makes no sense compared to similarly priced discount stores, which are in the negative. The price is incredibly high compared to similarly quality discount stores, plus the service is awful. With independent stores, the comparison doesn't even begin on price or quality. The staff is worse than the product: when asked if it was normal for the "cheese" not to have melted at all (and therefore added after the fact, as confirmed by the bread), the answer was yes. I hope you go out of business as soon as possible.

09/04/2026: "The premises are in appallingly hygienic conditions, bordering on illegal. NAS inspections are a far cry from this. I witnessed unacceptable behavior: staff handling money, then waste, and immediately afterward food, without washing their hands. Management that seriously endangers the health of customers. A 'nightmare kitchen' experience. Never again."

15/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria! A varied menu that pleases everyone, fresh ingredients, and truly affordable prices. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. A simple and welcoming place: highly recommended!
