The place clean and organized , The coffee and pastries are amazing 😻 , Above of that the old lovely lady on the cashier with smile and perfect English,

This morning I stopped for breakfast at 4:45, and the lady assigned to make coffee was busy explaining to a customer how to charge his phone, completely ignoring the person at the counter who was waiting to drink his coffee and eat his croissant with his cappuccino, completely ignoring the fact that she was making coffee and cappuccinos. When she and two other people pointed out that we had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes but hadn't been asked anything, the lady said that if we were in a hurry, we shouldn't stop at the Autogrill because it wasn't the right place for people in a hurry. I wonder if this is the right answer to give to a customer who is certainly not of great importance, given that he comes for a cappuccino and a croissant. In any case, I will make sure I don't stop at the Autogrill anymore and drink my cappuccino and croissant in normal bars where people serve you politely and with a certain alacrity.
