04/12/2024: An elegant venue with a selection of traditional but refined and interesting dishes. Prices quite high. We tasted the pumpkin and liquorice risotto, the Milanese cutlet with truffles (it was with truffle fondue but I preferred to limit the flavours) and the turbot with artichokes. The desserts were good and in our case they were: the mascarpone and black cherry cream and the apple pie served with the cream.

30/11/2024: Ottima esperienza sia per la qualità dei piatti che per la perfetta organizzazione. Ricorderemo in particolare la gentilezza e la competenza della Sig.ra Olivia che ci ha consigliato sull’ottimo menu ed ha allestito la tavola con grande gusto, preparando anche dei menu personalizzati molto apprezzati. Si e’ creata subito un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata grazie anche alla sala riservata e al caminetto acceso. Davvero una bella esperienza!

28/11/2024: Assaggiato di tutto un po’, tutto squisito, super cotechino e super casoeula, che dire ogni tanto non è male regalare al nostro palato un po’ di gioia. Come disse qualcuno…….provare per credere.

25/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I lived in Pisa for 15 years so I know more than a little about typical Tuscan dishes and restaurants. Today I wanted typical Tuscan cuisine so I booked at the wheel. Sitting at the table, the waiter arrived with a basket of bread but not even the slightest sign of squash. I asked the waiters and they didn't even know what it was (I was shocked). I asked for liver crouton but it looked like simple minced meat missing chicken livers, bay leaves and anchovies. Let's try the crostini with lard. Poor lard didn't even feel the heat and it melted slightly.. Let's move on to the meat or rather the flab. The art of cooking a Florentine steak is complicated and very time-consuming. Here poor meat saw the fire for a few minutes. Even if it is cooked rare, the meat is placed on the sides first to seal and then cooking begins. Not a twist and a turn. Including in bringing the meat they also dirtied those who were with me. He also arrives and takes away bread and salt before eating the second course and very raw fried potatoes. The meat was excellent but unfortunately the chef and the chef managed to ruin it! I looked for the owner and he wasn't even there. What can I say, I don't recommend it, especially for faint-hearted Tuscans.

15/07/2024: Delusi...questo è il termine che riassume in una parola la cena presso questo ristorante. Incuriositi dai tik tok video che descrivono un locale un pò sopra le righe ma accattivante dal punto di vista culinario, abbiamo prenotato, ma siamo rimasti alquanto delusi, perchè: 1) il servizio assolutamente carente sia in sala che dalla cucina; 2 soli camerieri per una ventina di tavoli. 2) dall'antipasto in poi i piatti sono stati serviti a rate, in tempi diversi e con attesa parecchio lunghe. 3) Il titolare è venuto a chiederci come stava andando, siamo stati sinceri e abbiamo fatto notare, seppur in modo cordiale che la quantità di 3 fette di carpaccio non erano stati granchè soddisfacenti... Reazione: nessuna...un ristoratore attento avrebbe rimediato con un "rinforzino"- invece niente. Le impepate di cozze erano discretamente preparate ma la qualità e taglia delle cozze, al di sotto della media (piccole e scarne). I primi piatti: buoni, unica nota positiva perchè poi, la grigliata mista è risultata veramente scarsa in quantità e la "bistecca di tonno" è risultata una scaloppina ristretta nella quantità e fredda forse a causa di una sosta troppo lunga in cucina. Onestamente, da un ristorante che si autopromuove con video che presentano padelle e taglieri di dimensioni abbondanti, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Non torneremo sicuramente. Un'ultima nota per completezza di informazione: la posizione del ristorante è abbastanza infelice, viceversa l'ambiente è abbastanza carino....ma è mancato tutto il resto. Peccato..

08/12/2024: I've been to many places like Sakura and I think it's the best ever. One of the reasons that in a certain way influences me not to change is the fact that it has no limitations on some dishes unlike other Japanese restaurants. There are definitely people who exaggerate but it makes up for the fact that we are not all the same and gluttons. I could be an example, in fact we who are three people and the one who consumes the most are, in fact my daughter and my wife consume 70% less and this applies to many other families. To conclude, the food is of excellent quality and the service is excellent, friendly and fast. keep it up Sakura forever. 😀

10/11/2024: Really bad experience with the home delivery service of this pizzeria. After ordering, we were given a waiting time of 30-40 minutes. However, the pizza arrived over an hour late, and without any communication from them to notify us of the delay. Despite repeated calls to the number provided, we received no clear answers or apologies for the wait. When the delivery finally arrived, the pizza was cold and visibly damaged, as if it had been transported without care. The ingredients were poorly arranged, some missing from the order, and everything was unappetising. Considering the cost of delivery, we expected at least more professional management and more attention to the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the home service of this pizzeria totally lacks organization and professionalism. I would not recommend relying on them for a delivery, especially if you have even the slightest expectation of punctuality and quality.

16/06/2024: Posto piccolo semplice ma da consigliare, cibo buonissimo e abbondante dai primi ai secondi di cane e di pesce e alla pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Molto simpatico e gentile il proprietario, considerato che lo abbiamo vicino a casa ci andremo spesso.
