08/08/2025: Discovered by word of mouth from friends, this trattoria has a homey atmosphere and excellent cuisine typical of old-fashioned trattorias!
We tried the trio of first courses, mouth-watering! Even the only photo I took in passing while I was concentrating on eating is a testament to this!
Everything was truly delicious! I'll be back.

14/08/2025: We ordered paella: very good. The staff is extremely kind and professional. The location is beautiful: an elegant corner right in front of the Morimondo Abbey. The wine list is not extensive but has excellent wines. The atmosphere is quiet, intimate, and elegant. Service is fast and extremely courteous.
11/08/2025: We had a wonderful time: outdoors, surrounded by the silence of the Abbey.
We chose from the à la carte menu, all delicious in terms of the quality of the ingredients used and the craftsmanship.
Kudos to the chef, his staff, and all the staff at the trattoria, always helpful, kind, and polite.
Thank you.
We will definitely be back.

02/07/2025: Wonderful place in the context of Morimondo, a quiet but very suggestive hamlet that makes you forget the chaos of the city. Nothing negative, excellent food, quick and friendly service, excellent beers. We went for lunch and there was the possibility of choosing a fixed menu for 15 euros (the classic business lunch) or the à la carte menu with more refined dishes of typical Lombard cuisine. Parking is not very convenient because the place is located in a pedestrian area with a limited traffic zone. Special compliments to the girl who serves at the tables named Daniela, always smiling and professional.

21/07/2025: Sunday lunch with some colleagues and acquaintances. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied with a few things. First and foremost, the bill was pricey for what we ate. Disappointed by the surprise appetizer (was the price the surprise?), which was paltry (one Mondeghino each, one miniature eggplant parmigiana each, two trays of Russian salad and two of rabbit with Taggiasca olives, €17.00? We would have expected some cured meats as well. If we mention a legume intolerance and the Russian salad is served with peas, I'd say it's not good. The variety of side dishes is also lacking; for the potatoes, they only offer boiled potato salad and no other preparations.
The desserts are minimal and overpriced. On such hot days, the lack of air conditioning is a problem, so they try to compensate by providing fans and a meager, lame fan for just a couple of diners. Otherwise, everything was fine... the wines, the summer tripe, and the lake fish were excellent.
13/07/2025: I don't recommend it.
We tried 3 small appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 of which was very salty, and 3 mini portions of sliced steak with a side dish, also miniature, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, and purified water. Total: €165.00. It's crazy! 🤬🤬 And luckily we were in a trattoria! 😱😱

08/03/2025: La cascina si trova immersa nel verde in un luogo avvolto nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Giunti in questo meraviglioso luogo trovi ad accoglierti la proprietaria della cascina, una persona disponibile che pone attenzione ad ogni dettaglio ed alla cura dei particolari. I prodotti sono locali a km O e la cucina dei prodotti è ben curata e si ottima qualità.
Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche il personale è molto educato e preparato.
Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere una giornata in questo luogo meraviglioso
24/02/2025: Ambiente molto accogliente e piacevole. La Titolare Sig. ra Carolina ha saputo intrattenerci con molta cortesia e alta professionalità. Abbiamo pranzato molto bene in un ambiente rustico ma molto carino e accogliente. La stagione non è ideale per potersi godere l'ampio spazio esterno adatto a famiglie e comprensivo di animali da poter vedere. Ottimi cibi tra cui il risotto prodotto in agriturismo, salumi e marmellate nostrane e tante altre specialità che meritano di essere gustate. Ci torneremo per festeggiare i nostri 50 anni di matrimonio.

23/03/2025: Posto incantevole e suggestivo nella splendida Morimondo, ci siamo tornati più volte, pranzo cn amici, cena in coppia o pranzo in famiglia si adatta bene ad ogni occasione. Fienile ristrutturato ad ok dall'aria elegante ma familiare. Personale molto attento e disponibile. Noi ci torniamo spesso, mangi ciò che a casa nn faresti poiché molto particolare e super ricercato dai sapori semplici e genuini...
