This old-fashioned trattoria, with its red-checkered tablecloths and wooden-beamed ceilings, is a friendly owner and staff, not to mention the authentic, home-cooked food. I highly recommend it.

A traditional establishment in a charming farmhouse. Attentive, fast, and very friendly service. Local gourmets rave about the tripe, braised meats, and stews. At lunchtime Monday through Friday (closed Thursdays), a wide selection of four first courses, six second courses, and four side dishes are available. In the evenings and on weekends, a selection of the region's finest specialties is offered. Always busy, so reservations are recommended. A place from another era, which, in this case, should never change.
