Excellent service from Mr. Adelio who, with particular attention and customer care, advises us and makes us feel at home. Try the Portico... even in the evening for an aperitif or a dinner on Piazza Duomo!

21/08/2024: Negative experience considering that it is Wednesday a fried calamari arrived after an hour but at our request it did, horrible pizza comparable to the frozen ones if not perhaps better than those. The staff is not very attentive about everything. Incredible, after our request for fried food, the waiter asks us if everything is ok, but I say is it normal? What should we have said yes, everything is excellent? Here my wife and I will certainly never see each other again but we will miss our friends and relatives.

As you can see, I gave 5 stars to the food, because I can say that the cook Angela is fantastic in the kitchen. I give the service a 3, because I consider it normal and this is fine. I give 4 stars to the environment, the j café is very welcoming and beautiful to live in, then it is also lucky enough to have a large, well-kept space and a pond that adds all its beauty. But overall for everything else I have to give 2 stars, because if for everything it concerns j café are perfect, and I think that 4 stars are a must, for all the catering. But a cross hits Lake Venus, unfortunately the lake opens at indefinite times in the summer and those who love bottom fishing, such as carp, catfish, etc., He knows how important it is to go fishing in the morning, as the other owners of other lakes such as Olmo, Monzoro, Carcana, etc. know, that both in winter and summer the opening hours are always the same. And in conclusion I'll just say that I think it's good to keep the 2 things separate, i.e. the catering and the pond, it would be better if it were given over to someone to manage, as in the past, so as to exploit the full potential of the entire location. To respond to the response to the review, 1 I know for a fact since I came to go trout fishing a few years ago and subsequently many and many other times, that the lake no longer had many people going fishing and I know that a boy caught the management of the lake and in just one year reinvigorated the flow of fishermen within it, after that very profitable year the management was taken away and taken over by the owners and even today trout fishing is going great. But I continue to reiterate that carp fishing in summer, if the desire is there, would bring many carp anglers if considered, then I would like to say the last thing, the other lakes don't seem to me to have these difficulties in the warmer periods, on the contrary the profit comes anyway.

The fish-only dishes ordered, however, are excellent, except for the salmon sashimi which is served with a drop of drizzle. Good rosé to accompany. Young, helpful and courteous service. Salty bill. The outdoor tables are pleasant but there is an exaggerated amount of smog from passing and maneuvering cars. Overall I thought it was much better.
