The tiles worn by the passing of time, the small tiles on the walls, and the many knick-knacks from the past tell a story of tradition, simplicity, and authenticity. Here, it truly feels as if time has stood still. 🕰️✨ The service is what you'd expect from a true trattoria of the past: professional, frank, and sincere, without frills but with plenty of substance. 👏😊 We stopped for a sort of lunch-snack and asked for a charcuterie board with a piece of cheese. What struck us most was the transparency and honesty with which it was presented: genuine, carefully selected products served without unnecessary excess. 🧀🥓❤️ To top it all off, a properly made iced coffee, one of those increasingly rare these days, and which alone is worth the stop. ☕❄️😋 A place that smells of the past, authenticity, and authenticity, where you go not just to eat but to breathe in an authentic atmosphere that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
