The service was dreadfully slow and forgetful - we had to persistently ask for basic items like menus and water, which seemed to be an arduous task for them. When we eventually received our bread, we had to specifically request olive oil, only to be served vegetable oil instead. This was only rectified when the owner realized I was Italian, suggesting a lack of respect towards tourists. The staff's demeanor made every request feel like a burden, leading to an uncomfortable dining atmosphere. The owner's presence was more accusatory than welcoming, further dampening our experience. Our food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and the prices were excessively high given the painfully poor service. Despite its attractive decor, the overall experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly tiring and frustrating. I believe potential customers should be forewarned about these issues before choosing to dine here. *in response to the owner who said: “go take a tour on the lake.” A perfect example of the attitude here — dismissive, arrogant, and uninterested in feedback. 31/05/2025: The place is nice (very nice view if you get a table on the terrasse), but the portion was extremely small. My girlfriend ordered a sea bass and got 2 tiny pieces with no sides and a small ridiculous amount of sauce. After that we had no appetite to order anything else so we left.

06/04/2025: Very tasty and friendly! I tried polenta for the first time and the version with spinach and garlic was good! As for the service, everything was very good, which, unfortunately, is not so often seen in neighboring establishments. If you are in Cernobbio, I recommend stopping by and trying the polenta! Please note that in the evening the kitchen opens at 19:00, until this time there is only a bar I don't know the morning and afternoon schedule.

05/04/2025: Very nice local place , the service team were very kind ,good recommendations and fun conversations The food was delicious!! Risotto, stake with polenta- you can taste the corn on fire and smoke ,zucchini soup with caramelized onion - excellent Highly recommended

02/05/2025: We had to book last minute and we only stayed one night. Room was ok, it has the essentials but the staff not friendly or helpful. Breakfast had a few of options but in our experience we felt like we were in a ghost hotel, there was no staff in the breakfast room for a while. View is gorgeous though. Must be different in high season.

02/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato oggi a pranzo e abbiamo scelto il Menù Sorpresa, e ci hanno davvero "sorpresi" con piatti curatissimi e delicati ma molto appetitosi, a partire dagli amuese bouche fino al dolce e biscottini con il caffè. È un ristorante vicino a dove abitiamo e dove siamo stati altre volte e ogni volta è un vero piacere. Ambiente rilassante, tavoli ben distaziati, sedute comode e personale molto molto gentile e accogliente, loro sono i gestori. Sono campani e molti piatti sono della loro tradizione, ma rivisitati in chiave moderna

21/04/2025: Excellent food, tried the blueberry tagliolini with wild boar sauce, sublime, the lasagna, the spicy grilled chicken and the nougat semifreddo. Everything was good and the owners were very courteous.

04/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante con possibilità di pizza . Io preferisco il ristorante perché ha un'ottima carta . Vi consiglio il risotto con gelato al taleggio e l'uovo a bassa temperatura. Servizio attento e curato,ottimi vini e location bella ,giardino stupendo e ristorante con tanta arte. Filippo eroberta ,i proprietari sono molto accoglienti . Consigliatissimo.

03/05/2025: The room was fine but great considering the prices and the prices of the nearby hotels. We received a room towards the street, which unfortunately is very loud due to all the motorcycled passing by at high speed. Earplugs were available at the room as a compensation. The staff were friendly but not in the best of moods.
