20/02/2025: I went back after years, and honestly I remembered it better. Not that the quality isn't good, on the contrary.... It's just that from my memory I remembered it as better and after years I found the menu very similar. Furthermore, the environment has been renovated, although in my opinion it is too bright and the evening is a bit tiring in my opinion. However, the courtesy and speed of the service remained unchanged if not more. If you are in the area, however, it is worth a stop.

20/01/2025: Nice restaurant located on the outskirts of Cantù. Well furnished in a simple and welcoming way. Quiet atmosphere suitable for a dinner as a couple but also with friends. We took a fish menu with a good quality/price ratio. The dishes are excellent and well prepared. The staff is friendly and helpful Advised

09/02/2025: Starter of delicious cured meats and sciatt, space foisgrois. Excellent pizzoccheri, risotto a little overcooked but with a delicious flavour. A touch of tiramisu cream consistency and we arrive at the fifth star. Kind and courteous, a very enjoyable evening.

26/01/2025: Sono stato questa sera a mangiare in questa taverna. Globalmente mi sono trovato molto bene. Il personale è gentile, attento e molto simpatico, cosa che per me è importante tanto quanto il cibo che si mangia. Per quanto riguarda la cena, le porzioni sono abbondanti senza però esagerare. Alla fine della cena ci si sente sazi ma senza essere troppo gonfi. Io ho mangiato come antipasto delle polpette di carne, altre di ceci, poi sono passato al piatto principale composto da spiedini misti di carne e poi ho concludo con dello yogurt greco (con miele e noci) e un caffè greco. Un buon locale per il sabato sera!

26/12/2024: The owners are always very kind and very helpful, very good pastries and cakes and recently I have also really appreciated the ice cream cakes, my favorite is the lemon one, fresh and tasty! When I went to pick it up since it was my birthday they even offered me a birthday cake! I am and will always remain a loyal customer!!

04/12/2024: Peccato che in locali come questo dove i sapori ed i profumi dei cibi , cucinati con maestria e serviti in modo cordiale dai gestori venga consentito l’uso delle sigarette elettroniche . . come dite ? . . lo consente la legge ? . . mmhh ma forse suggerire ai clienti elettronici di uscire 5 minuti per i loro bisogni preserverebbe il gusto dei piatti da aromi al mentolo o eucalipto che con ossobuco o brasato non c’entrano proprio nulla . . mi spiace terró presente

16/02/2025: Valentine's Day with a special fish-based menu... the romantic atmosphere with live music in the background was very welcome. The service was excellent... I've been there other times and I've always had a good time.

08/02/2025: Abbiamo scelto questa trattoria per il pranzo nel mese di febbraio per provare il rinomato tour della cassoeula! Il locale immerso nel verde si presenta bene in stile formale nonostante il nome "trattoria". la sala che si apre direttamente dall'ingresso è formale, arredo richiama molto il ristorante di fascia medio alta perdendo il sapore della trattoria classica rimanendo neutra, peccato che appena entrati la sala era freddina e nel periodo invernale(fuori nevischiava) ambiente non aiutava a degustare le pietanze. Il servizio formale e disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato il menu degustazione e direi nell'insieme buono... la cassoeula l'abbiamo trovata con sapori slegati tra loro in particolare la verza un po' troppo croccante slegata dai sapori vicini ... soddisfatti dei dolci ed il conto è nella media .. (Il mio giudizio non mira ad offendere o giudicare per terzi ma esprime la mia diretta esperienza).

25/12/2024: I went to this restaurant today for the first time for Christmas lunch with my parents, excellent food, excellent service, cleanliness and elegance of the location, easily accessible even with a wheelchair and a large car park. Highly recommended!
