24/07/2025: A delicious dinner where tradition meets innovation, reasonably priced, and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that, being close to the holidays, some dishes were sold out. We'll definitely be back.

20/07/2025: Ristorante tranquillo in un paese tranquillo. Abbiamo pranzato una domenica a pranzo nel dehor. Piatti della tradizione, con prodotti eccellenti e ben curati. Carta vini studiata e ricca. La cosa migliore è il titolare, professionale gentile e ci ha consigliato su tutto. Ci ritorneremo! Valete più di quello che sembra, che è già tanto. Bravissimi! 👏🏻

29/08/2025: Today at 8:56 PM we arrived to order three pizzas: the Quattro Stagioni, excellent, an 8; the stuffed calzone, an 8; and the prosciutto and mushrooms, a 9. The Ippolito family recommends Pizzeria il Borgo Antico, the best pizza in Garlate, Galbiate, Brivio, and Lecco... Pizzeria Borgo Antico Rating 7.5. DOMENICO IPPOLITO.

10/08/2025: Takeout pizza that you can also eat on site (recommended). Served without frills on a pizza box, you can stay in the shop or join one of the tables available a few steps away on the lake. The lady and her husband, a skilled pizza chef, are extremely kind and friendly. The prices are truly reasonable; what more can I say? If you're passing by and hungry, don't miss out on an excellent pizza. Last but not least, they sell excellent products like the Colatura di Cetara Delfino, one of the best.

I tried the cremino with salted pistachio, on the recommendation of the girl at the counter. It was an excellent choice, it was really good! 19/08/2025: We came here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't suit our taste at all. I didn't like the main course at all. I had mentioned this, but I was told that you either love it or hate it. For that price, it would have been nice to have at least offered an alternative. The portions are very small. We didn't want to order a bottle of wine and asked for advice. The wines were good, but when a wine costs €18 a glass!!! They should inform the customer in advance. Accordingly, the surprise when we received the bill was quite big. Our most expensive and by far the worst dinner in our two weeks of vacation in Italy. The service and ambiance were good, and I'd like to mention that at the end.

29/06/2025: Ho visitato questo posto l'ultima volta nel 2021 e poi da lì ho sempre ordinato per farmela portare a casa. Il prezzo era (e spero che sia tuttora così) 7,50 più o meno per una pizza e con una bibita in omaggio, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto. Ottimo se vuoi andare a cena con amici o parenti. Non so se il prezzo è ancora così maso che la pizza è buona la.
