25/04/2026: I visited this restaurant a week ago, ordering the ISTINTO tasting menu with eight courses, served one after the other, with no wait. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very intimate and pleasant. The dishes were a unique experience, rich in flavor. I was particularly amazed by the katsu-sando, the herb pesto risotto, the sweetbreads, and the skate (basically, the entire menu). The katsu-sando, although it seemed like a simple dish, completely changed my mind. Every bite was like touching paradise for a moment. Everything about the dish paired perfectly, including the mushroom dashi. The risotto (as a risotto lover) captivated me. I only hoped it wouldn't end. It was light, unique, and flavorful. The same goes for the skate and sweetbreads. It's an experience worth trying, and I was definitely satisfied, especially if you want to try new and unique dishes. I'll definitely be back someday!!

18/04/2026: I must say that I found the traditional dough roll to be very good, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere, despite being crowded, was quiet and welcoming. Very friendly staff. 🔝 I'll definitely be back 👍🏼

Every course was beautifully presented, incredibly creative, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The tasting menu was a true culinary journey, showcasing exceptional local ingredients with remarkable technique and originality. The service was impeccable—professional, knowledgeable, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Every detail was carefully considered, making the entire evening feel truly special. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and even our children felt comfortable and well looked after. This is far more than just a restaurant; it’s a memorable gastronomic experience. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates fine dining. Worth every euro, and we will definitely return. Five stars!

27/06/2026: Very pleasant outdoor atmosphere, good service. I'd probably avoid rushing the food. The music is a bit loud, but since it's a young place, it's fine for those who want music and dancing. It's probably not suitable for those who want to chat. Definitely recommended for a good aperitif.

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu. Highly recommended.
