21/10/2025: Delicious food, a unique atmosphere, and an owner who makes you smile – that's the perfect way to describe our stay at Al Borgo Antico.
We ordered three pizzas and didn't have to wait long. After just a few minutes, the appetizers arrived – olives and focaccia – and the pizza arrived in a maximum of 8 minutes. Finally, when we were completely stuffed, the owner offered us some porchetta and focaccia.

A great experience – a friendly, family-like atmosphere and food that makes your stay in Italy even more unforgettable. ❤️

12/01/2026: Historic local trattoria in a central alley. We celebrated two birthdays with a lovely table of 23 people. The room was reserved just for us. We chose the menu based on their suggestions. Everything was excellent, including the very attentive and courteous service. To finish, a cake from the Roberto pastry shop in Erbusco. Truly a beautiful and delicious celebration. Thank you, Osteria Quattro Rose.

18/01/2026: Very good food, courteous waiters. The only thing I'd say is that there wasn't a dedicated waiter, so everyone was asking for the same things. They told us half the menu verbally (a seafood menu, and without knowing the price).
We asked for wine, and they also listed it verbally without knowing the price.
They have everything they need to do better.

11/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, after a vacation, and had a wonderful time. The owner, Mr. Giuliano, is exceptional, friendly, and surprising. We can't wait to return. Sailor Moon!!
08/02/2026: Trattoria in the center of Rovato, the heart of Franciacorta, spread across several floors. A bonus is the beef in olive oil, delicious. The only downside was the wait (35 minutes between the first and second courses), but we weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a problem.

08/02/2026: A fantastic evening at Pabo's in Rovato. Instead of the usual single pizza, we decided to try several specialties, and it was a winning choice.
We tasted four spectacular flavors:
• Franciacortina: a must-try for those who love local flavors (the Salame di Montisola makes all the difference).
• Fumè: a perfect balance between the sweetness of the onion and the smokiness.
• Picc-acciù: just the right amount of spicy, nice and bold.
• Bubba: rich and flavorful.
The thick, soft dough allows you to enjoy the toppings without feeling too heavy. The Curtense Rossa beer paired with it was also excellent. If you're unsure, do as we did and order several flavors to share!

17/01/2026: I went with my family and we ordered three burgers and a piadina. The dishes came out 10 minutes apart... I ordered a Duomo burger, and the bun was burnt, the burger was rubbery, and the fries were freezing. I'm disappointed because the staff seemed super nice, but you can't bring a dish like that.
30/12/2025: The atmosphere is exceptional and welcoming in every way. There's no need to reserve a free time slot because the Birreria La Loggia restaurant is a trusted source of fine dining and Brescian tradition. Gabriella, her husband, the chef, and the entire staff are highly professional and dedicated.

12/11/2025: A refined contemporary location and excellent cuisine, light, delicious, innovative, elegant in appearance, I chose the trail route, but you can also choose à la carte. Everything was unforgettable, the hot and cold tiramisu and the caramel eclair were ecstatic. Praise to the chef.

17/01/2026: A modest but tidy and clean location. I come here occasionally with my family for Sunday pizza, and I have to say it's always a great experience! The regular pizza is tasty, and the gluten-free one is equally good (light and well-cooked! Maybe it could just use a little more tomato sauce :)!). The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The prices are super reasonable, and it's worth it!
