The service was good, but the dishes we ordered didn't match what was offered. Specifically, instead of focaccia, we received a reheated sweet/savory panettone.

I visited this restaurant a week ago, ordering the ISTINTO tasting menu with eight courses, served one after the other, with no wait.
The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very intimate and pleasant.
The dishes were a unique experience, rich in flavor. I was particularly amazed by the katsu-sando, the herb pesto risotto, the sweetbreads, and the skate (basically, the entire menu).
The katsu-sando, although it seemed like a simple dish, completely changed my mind. Every bite was like touching paradise for a moment. Everything about the dish paired perfectly, including the mushroom dashi. The risotto (as a risotto lover) captivated me. I only hoped it wouldn't end. It was light, unique, and flavorful. The same goes for the skate and sweetbreads.
It's an experience worth trying, and I was definitely satisfied, especially if you want to try new and unique dishes.
I'll definitely be back someday!!

I'll start by saying I'm biased, being the chef's brother. The location is charming and impressive, atypical for Brescia. Customer service is top-notch from the moment you enter the restaurant on the ground floor, and the mixology and aperitif menu, curated by Lodo, is excellent and always diverse. Chef Mauro's cuisine always offers a diverse array of flavors, with meticulous attention to flavor and the finest ingredients. The wine list and menu are excellent.

Excellent experience. Refined and successful cuisine, we discovered interesting new flavors. The sturgeon tartare and pasta with sardines were fantastic. The owner welcomed us and catered to our needs impeccably. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service, with attention to every detail. Delicious dishes, generous portions, and with the appetizer, main course, and dessert, you'll leave feeling full. We'll definitely be back to try the multi-course tasting menu!
The mixed drinks are highly recommended as a starter or accompaniment to what is an excellent dinner.
