A very prestigious and sought-after restaurant, with a quiet atmosphere and above all excellent food. Prices are slightly high but within the norm. Highly recommended, one of the best places in Rovato.

The wine cellar is noteworthy for its variety and quality; however, adding tables in the cellar may have been a nice idea, but perhaps not entirely appropriate for the wine, which is stored standing and exposed to the "merchandise" of guests and improvised heaters. A great experience; all the dishes we tried were truly delicious. The wine selection was also good, with a friendly and knowledgeable sommelier who was very helpful if you were unsure. The atmosphere was welcoming and tastefully decorated. The prices were fair and in line with the type of restaurant.

Historic local trattoria in a central alley. We celebrated two birthdays with a lovely table of 23 people. The room was reserved just for us. We chose the menu based on their suggestions. Everything was excellent, including the very attentive and courteous service. To finish, a cake from the Roberto pastry shop in Erbusco. Truly a beautiful and delicious celebration. Thank you, Osteria Quattro Rose.
