15/03/2025: Very well looked after location immersed in the heart of Franciacorta, internal parking and another parking area immediately outside, external dehors with tables and gazebo, view of the Franciacorta hills, various internal rooms based on the number of diners. Typically Brescian meat and seafood menu according to seasonality and requests and from the lake, zero km with local suppliers is preferred. Very well furnished, family run, very kind staff. Delicious dishes, takeaway available, I recommend booking.

16/02/2025: Brewery with cuisine with a wide choice. Unfortunately I couldn't taste the beer because I had to drive but I took the bottled one for a home tasting.
Large and varied menu. What we ate satisfied us and the prices are honest.

You can taste the quality of the products in every dish. Here, dishes are created from just a few products, all of which taste great. The menu begins with a tour of the vegetable garden, then culminates in fish and meat before ending with a variety of dessert variations. The cuisine relies on an open fire, which means that a smoky component often accompanies the dishes. Always dosed and used deliciously. We are thrilled with this pleasure with a pure good feeling! The front-line service takes exemplary care of the guest and explains details about the dishes. This friendly service is exceptional, so that we will remember it for a long time and we look forward to the next encounter. Congratulations to all of you, thank you very much. We'll be back.
02/03/2025: We went to Colmetto for a Sunday lunch, we opted for a tasting menu to try different dishes. It was a truly positive experience, the flavor combinations were sophisticated and often surprised us. All very good, starting from the bread up to the desserts! Advised

24/02/2025: Agriturismo situato in una bellissima zona, cibo molto buono , visita della cantina con degustazione guidata dal proprietario estremamente disponibile, ottimi i vini . Consigliatissimo
30/12/2024: Agriturismo eccezionale, era da tempo che non provavo una cucina "casareccia" così buona. Ci sono andati coi colleghi per un pranzo/briefing aziendale di fine anno e che dire, tutto ottimo! I vini erano ottimi (siamo pur sempre in Franciacorta), la cucina pure, la location anche e il "giro turistico" delle cantine con aperitivo non da meno!
Da provare assolutamente, sia in famiglia che con amici sia coi colleghi!

Try the Schiacciata served on 2 plates because it is very thin and very wide.

30/03/2025: We ordered a chicken cutlet for the kids and a burger for the kids. The boy owed an adult burger and we had to ask for a refund. We also told him a burger without vegetables and only with ketchup. He ignored it and put a pole with an onion and the girl did not want to eat.
03/03/2025: For a burger worth €. 14 I expected something more, caramelized onion and sauce perhaps forgotten, 15 chips and my wife when my sandwich arrived had already finished her focaccia.
Excellent coffee.

10/02/2025: Pranzo con pizza bel locale, piatti fatti abbastanza buoni ma prezzi elevati, delusione totale per il servizio inesistente tempi di attesa lunghi nonostante pochi clienti sembra ti facciano un favore a servirti, questo in tutte e tre le volte che mi sono fermato io non ci torno.

15/02/2025: We found this place by chance as we had been traveling for several hours. We ordered 2 wraps with the touch screens found in the entrance. Staff were friendly enough, but there were some responses that seemed a little rude (not to me, but to another couple nearby).
Good and well-filled piadinas. I advise the staff to immediately tell them that the wrap costs more when the customer places the order because otherwise misunderstandings will arise.
Paid 16 euros for 2 piadinas, still good.
Room upstairs not too clean, especially the tables, we would need more attention on this thing....

13/12/2024: A friend of mine and I arrive around 3pm and we sit at the tables outside, there is a sign that says "table service from 12 to 4pm": good, we're in for it.
We remained seated for about 5 minutes and were spotted several times by the staff (it wasn't that full). After more time has passed I decide to go in to order and I ask the waitress at the cash register, kindly, "there is table service, right?", hoping that once I ordered I could go and sit down again. Needless to say, I received a sarcastic and annoyed response “I'll give you the tray and you take it to you? :))))” while I was watching the waiter serving cappuccinos and chocolates to a table of people.
I'm only sorry for the boy at the counter who was very nice and kind, but I felt EMBARRASSED by the treatment given to me by the lady who, evidently and reading the other reviews, has been waking up in a bad mood for years.
Service cannot be evaluated because it is non-existent, or at least for younger customers "who can make do and bring their own tray"
Thank you and, if I come back, will you clean my shoes and even light a cigarette for me, thank you.

01/03/2025: Ci siamo andati per la volta per curiosità a cena ed abbiamo preso, un antipasto un primo due secondi ed un dolce, era tutto molto buono e le porzioni abbondanti. Sono soddisfatta del cibo e della cortesia del personale, rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Anche il servizio è stato veloce. Di sicuro ci torneremo e lo consiglierò.
29/11/2024: Posto che si presenta con una certa pretesa, ma che poi cade in fallo su particolari non certo trascurabili quali:
Mancato riscaldamento dei locali
Fettuccine ai porcini di scarso sapore
Coniglio al forno e patate preparate per il pranzo e serviti riscaldati a cena
Macedonia al limone servita senza nemmeno la forchetta per spremere i due pezzi di limone serviti
