28/09/2025: During the week, I had the opportunity to have lunch at the Piadineria. The piadina with prosciutto and mozzarella and vegetables was delicious, and the fries were delicious, soft and not greasy. The service was excellent and fast. The sales assistants were friendly and smiling. The cashier was kind and helpful, as well as very patient in accommodating the "requests" of the various customers. The environment was neat and clean. Definitely an experience worth repeating. I recommend it!!

27/09/2025: A piadina shop with a yogurt shop inside. Nothing to complain about the piadina, the classic piadina you get at the brand's restaurants. I also ordered some fries, which I thought were too dry, but that's a matter of taste. Now let's get to the bad parts. I placed my order at the kiosk twice, because the first time it was cancelled because the order indicator was missing. Both I and other people who were also placing orders mentioned this to the clerk, who very politely replied, "You can come and pick it up at the counter." Then, when my order was ready, it obviously wasn't prepared for takeout as I'd ordered. In fact, the fries were served to me on a tray, and when I pointed out the mistake, the clerk handed me a bag of them, "You can do it yourself." I'm not one to be waited on hand and foot, but I also don't want to be slapped in the face. Even though I had both a drink and several bags of chips and piadinas, they didn't even give me a takeaway bag like other piadina shops usually do. I'll definitely continue to eat there, but not at this location.

09/10/2025: It's been a while since I've had pizzas from you, and I've always had them and loved them. A few nights ago, we took them back, and I'm sorry, but I have to be honest, the quality of the pizza is on par with frozen pizzas! I don't know why you've made such a drop in quality, but I definitely won't be ordering them again.

03/09/2025: A very nice restaurant inside the Franciacorta Village. Excellent fried food, delicious dishes from fish to lasagna to pizza. Very refined atmosphere, with the option to eat outside or inside in a spacious dining room. Attentive and friendly staff. A great place for a delicious lunch break during outlet shopping. Highly recommended.

05/10/2025: Two coffees at the counter with dirty cups in front of me, the barista serves me a macchiato that spills out of the cup... you pay 10 cents more for the macchiato. Vergnano isn't like that, at least I hope.

01/10/2025: I visited this place with my family and we were really satisfied! The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, perfect for spending time together. A special thanks goes to Ara, Ilary, and Gabriel for their exceptional service: they were always kind, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for impeccable service and a pleasant, family-friendly experience. We will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: I went there because of its reputation in Palermo, but I had to change my mind. The arancini were served like an omelette (squashed), so I had to eat them with a fork, and the panelle sandwich was made with day-old bread. The flavors were good, but something needed to be tweaked, because in Sicily, arancini and sandwiches aren't served like that.

04/09/2025: Nice and comfortable atmosphere, good service too. The food is truly unacceptable, a horrendous and tasteless Sicilian appetizer. Sicily rebels against calling the restaurant Sicilian cuisine. 😩😩😩
