18/05/2025: We came both for breakfast and for an aperitif, reading the past reviews I answer.. Expensive and not very substantial aperitif.. yes indeed compared to an aperitif in Milan that you would pay €15 per person I can also say that the aperitif is poor.. but we are talking about €5 for a prosecco not €15 as you would pay in Milan so in my opinion the price is worth what you find and I am not complaining.. Rude staff.. every time we have come I must say that the staff has been very friendly.. Super good and soft brioches and nice fresh squeezed juice For me as a place it is worth it!!

18/05/2025: Mi fa sempre piacere scrivere una recensione sul ristorante..ma soprattutto ritornarci. È una tappa fissa quando sono a Ponte..locale semplice..pulito..servizio cordiale..prezzi corretti ed un ottima cucina Menu con piatti tipici di montagna e di carne..con poi dei dolci guduriosi. Oggi si è preso canederli allo speck e salsiccia al burro fuso..davvero buoni e poi un antipasto fatto diventare un secondo ..anche per la porzione robusta.. tartare di manzo con mousse di ricotta e carciofo sott olio.Carne tenera.che giustamente si condisce a proprio piacimento. Il dolce : mascarpone servito con pezzi di sbrisolona e fettine di mela.Ottimo..abbinamento sapiente i pezzi di mela che portano freschezza. Un buon caffè e un sincero genepi ( offerto) hanno concluso degnamente il pranzo. Ovviamente ci si ritorna

25/04/2025: Parto dal presupposto che il ristorante offre la tipica cucina montana...con piatti che riservano i sapori del luogo,con una scelta a dir poco importante..in più il servizio è più che positivo visto che le cameriere sono carine e molto disponibili...un plauso devo però riservarlo a Silvia,oltre che simpatica è anche molto gentile,posso quindi dire solo buone cose sia del locale che del personale...ci ritornerò sicuramente...

30/04/2025: I'm reposting my review as it was removed (congratulations indeed). We have already forwarded a report to the 'Market Competition Authority' as the prices displayed are not true and you will find yourself paying more. I report the text of the report: on March 9, 2025, I went to the "SKI Bar La Baracca" restaurant to have breakfast. I chose a slice of cake indicated on the menu above the cash register at the displayed price of €4.50. At the time of payment, however, I was asked for a different amount, equal to €5.00. I immediately pointed out to the staff the discrepancy between the price displayed and the one actually applied, but I was told that the price list was not updated. My comment was answered with "It's normal, we don't update every time" in a very pedantic tone. Having found that this constituted a violation of the Consumer Code, the staff did not provide explanations or correct the amount. I believe that this behavior constitutes an unfair commercial practice, pursuant to art. 18 et seq. of the Legislative Decree 206/2005, and I wonder if other customers have been subject to the same irregularity.

07/04/2025: Tabià is my salvation because it is practically always open. Rustic atmosphere, local cuisine, I really like the Valle d'Aosta skewer and the desserts but you can eat everything well. Prices are average. We have always found great service. Highly recommended

29/03/2025: Welcoming and friendly staff. Typical mountain atmosphere. We took 1 Trentino pizza as an appetizer divided x3, really delicious, delicious mushrooms and crazy dough! We were impressed. Followed by 3 main courses also good and two desserts: 1 very good semifreddo and a walnut and chocolate tart that was so-so.. plus water and half a liter of red wine 90€ total. What can I say, a good lunch to return for sure. I would definitely recommend it

05/05/2025: Posto molto carino, ben arredato, personale cordiale, gentile e preparato. uUn buon menu carente sul pesce a mio parere purtroppo. Con qualche proposta in più di pesce, a mio parere, questo Ristorante potrebbe fare la differenza. Quello che abbiamo mangiato era di qualità pizza compresa, anche se non proprio regalata.

24/02/2025: Location bellissima, servizio ottimo così come la cucina. Ci hanno preparato una crostata di frutta per il compleanno di mio marito veramente bella e buonissima. Serata di festeggiamento davvero piacevole tra amici. Grazie!

What I didn't like the most was that we couldn't sit anywhere else than the one the waitress had chosen for us, even though the restaurant was empty! And only 2 people came during our visit. 02/02/2025: Ormai una certezza ed un valido punto di riferimento questo splendido rifugio, di solito lo utilizziamo per le pause pranzo durante le nostre sciate a Temù e Pontedilegno, questa volta abbiamo voluto testare anche l'esperienza del pernottamento avendo l'ennesima conferma di qualità e cortesia da parte della Sig.ra Patrizia di suo fratello e di tutto lo staff sempre pronto e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente ... si tratta pur sempre di un rifugio e quindi non si può pretendere di avere i servizi di un albergo ma vi garantisco che tra i vari rifugi visitati risulta uno dei migliori in assoluto! La conferma la avrete degustando gli ottimi piatti curati nel dettaglio e con materie prime di qualità, non da meno i buonissimi dolci fatti in casa! 😋Consiglio questa magica esperienza, da vivere in copia, famiglia o compagnia 😉

01/02/2025: Fuimos a comer durante el día de esquí. Es un sitio excepcional con muy buena comida. Es uno de los sitios menos baratos de postas, pero vale la pena y no deja de estar a buen precio por su ubicación.

13/05/2025: My boyfriend and I had booked for our anniversary dinner, we called on a Thursday for a Monday in May. We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. I called the owner, he replied that he had only written down one reservation, he had missed ours and since the only reservation he had taken had been cancelled he decided to keep the restaurant closed. He apologized but I would have appreciated it more if he had come forward with an effective solution. He could have hosted us the next day with a discount. In addition, it was supposed to be the only restaurant open in Ponte di Legno since the others were closed for holidays. Bad luck wanted that the supermarket was also closed by then so we were left without dinner.

04/05/2025: Il ristorante El Volt ci ha davvero conquistati. Il locale è intimo e accogliente, composto da piccole salette da 3-4 tavoli, che rendono l’atmosfera raccolta e piacevole. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il menù, non troppo ampio ma ben pensato, propone piatti che spaziano dal mare alla montagna, con materie prime di qualità e abbinamenti interessanti. Il personale è stato cortese e simpatico fin dall’inizio, con un servizio attento ma mai invadente. Non essendo esperti di vino, ci siamo affidati al maître per la scelta di una mezza bottiglia da abbinare al pasto: la sua proposta si è rivelata perfetta. Molto graditi anche gli entrée e il burro artigianale serviti a inizio cena, davvero deliziosi. Abbiamo diviso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi semplicemente eccezionale, poi proseguito con un primo di pesce (pasta con asparagi e gambero rosso) e un secondo di carne (manzo alla griglia con chips di patate, bacon croccante e salsa tipo “Mc”). Per concludere in dolcezza, una tenerina al cioccolato con sfere gelificate al caramello e salsa ai lamponi: originale e ben eseguita. Abbiamo speso 105€ in due, cifra più che giustificata dalla qualità dell’esperienza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una cena di livello in un ambiente raccolto e curato nei dettagli.
