I was very surprised by this place. Discovered by chance after searching for a restaurant to eat sushi. the place is very intimate and quiet. Aesthetically modern with rooms for a few people divided so as not to create overcrowding and disorder. The food was simply delicious. Sushi of much higher quality than the classic "all you can eat". fresh raw materials used correctly, allowing you to bring delicate and tasty dishes to the table at the same time. The staff is attentive, always present in the room and very quick with requests. Finally the prices, in line with competitors but managing to bring more quality to the dish. For 2 of us with different courses we spent €80 including dessert and water. I will definitely come back.

Sono ritornato dopo anni e mi sono trovato benissimo. L’ambiente è molto curato, particolare e accogliente. La gentilezza, professionalità e cura da parte del personale è ammirevole ed è parte integrante dell’esperienza. I piatti scelti sono stati azzeccati, ed uno migliore dell’altro. Da apprezzare il benvenuto dello chef, una piccola chicca, o meglio due, che hanno aperto il palato e lo stomaco con un’esplosione di sapori. Abbiamo optato per piatti a mo di antipasti da condividere in gruppo, un po’ anche per assaporare diverse pietanze e proposte. A seguire una prima portata. Io ho scelto degli spaghetti al té matcha saltati con verdure, pollo e salsa al curry e cocco…squisiti. Infine il dolce che era sia bello che buono. Conto per nulla eccessivo, mi sarei aspettato un totale molto più alto. Raramente esco da un ristorante che punta sulla qualità soddisfatto. Di solito il prezzo richiesto, alto, mi fa adottare un scala di giudizio più critica. E i piccoli errori li peso molto. Qui, a mio avviso, non c’è ne sono stati. Il locale punta sulla qualità, degli ambienti, del personale, delle materie prime e dei piatti nel complesso. La scala di giudizio è quella più critica, ma il prezzo richiesto è al pari di altri locali con pretese bene più basse. Consigliatissimo.
