17/11/2024: We stayed in their cottage in late October. Very nice villa with private swimming pool a stone's throw from the main building. What can I say, a marvel! Hotel with attention to detail, breakfast with spectacular lake view. Restaurant with refined cuisine, wide choice of wines and top-level staff.

05/11/2024: I had a really good rest. It was quiet and the breakfast was full of fresh fruit and vegetable juice and plenty of fruit. I was very satisfied with the dinner as well. I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness.

09/02/2025: A pleasant surprise on an anonymous rainy Sunday. Not a lunch but a journey through flavours. A simple pumpkin transformed into one of the most sublime dishes I have ever eaten, a mixed fried dish dressed to the nines, the underlying citrus notes of the prawn soup. And the dessert, a symphony of citrus fruits. Never was a more apt name. Each note was perfectly balanced, the initial sweetness pleasantly dampened by the bitter notes of grapefruit. The talented Sommelier was able to recommend an exceptional wine that was the background to this experience. A warm and welcoming environment, an elegant but at the same time informal atmosphere. Sometimes you don't know you need something until you experience it, and this soul treat was just what I needed.

05/02/2025: Informal but welcoming environment with few seats. The attention to the customer is good although not nagging, the dishes are prepared with extreme care and attention to detail, the service is punctual and the wine list offers some good bottles at correct prices. The final price is good and in line with the type of gourmet restaurant. I'll be back

12/01/2025: Absolute TOP experience. So, let's start from the location, which is simply wonderful: literally on the lake, with a sunset view, complete with a port for parking boats. Inside, modern and minimal design, with extreme attention to detail, colors such as black, gold and red dominate, with a starry ceiling similar to Rolls Royce. The interior left me speechless. Then, food: everything was impeccable. from the seaweed breadsticks from the lake, to the 48-hour leavened bread, through to the best prawns I've ever tasted, as you can see from the photos, the quality is evident, and there's a lot of it here. Lots of seasonal ingredients at km 0. Very delicate and "harmonious" dishes. The chef we had the pleasure of speaking with is a very kind and calm Neapolitan, with 20 years of experience in starred kitchens. Here we are not at the level of a starred one, but we are close. Each dish is an experience, and one is better than the other, you can feel all the passion and care of the chef. The only flaw I give to the cotechino, which was a version for me to review because it was rectangular, full of spices, and so far ok, but too hard. The cotechino should melt in your mouth and cut with a fork. That was chewy. Big shame, but everything else was breathtaking. There wasn't a disappointing dish (except the cotechino). Impeccable service. Few but good. There were 3 of them, but super fast, professional, kind and helpful. Really top. We went to the New Year's Eve dinner, €160 each, for an 8-course dinner + panettone with water, coffee and bread included. Price a little above average, but it's worth it all between the wonderful location and excellent general quality. Too bad that, at the entrance, they offered us a welcome glass of champagne, we accepted thinking that it was included. Bitter discovery: €40 more. 20 each. Crazy price in my opinion. For €40 I could get a good whole bottle of champagne. Other than this, there are no other negative notes. But a piece of advice: booking is highly recommended. There are literally 20 tables inside. It's just a room. Which is good because it will never be a mess, but it fills up quickly. Definitely positive experience, if you want to make a good impression on the girl, go here without fail. Ah, last thing: I advise against bringing children, it is an elegant and refined place, some time passes between one dish and another, in short, it is very boring for a child (I say this because there was a couple with their two children. All the time playing Clash Royale on the phone). No sense

However, they lack an extra boost from the point of view of the tastiness and succulence of the various sandwiches which also need to be increased in terms of variety. Good choice raw materials but a gourmet revisitation is necessary. The chips are decent but the cost is excessive. You should propose a price for the sandwich already including chips

Unfortunately we took the dessert 🍰 shameful to propose and serve an inedible tart, it should have been chocolate and ricotta... honestly it didn't arrive, if not its availability started in time.

02/01/2025: Natale in famiglia in questo ristorante per la prima volta,parcheggio riservato non scontato a Clusane,nonostante il locale fosse affollato perché è Natale siamo stati molto bene,menu alla carta molto concentrato sul pesce di acqua dolce,giustamente essendo al lago,carta dei vini ottima da consigliare per il giusto ricarico sui vini anche se eccedi non trovi sorprese sul conto finale….. servizio molto buono ragazzi giovani,(anche stagisti della scuola alberghiera di Clusane per fortuna c’è ancora qualcuno che ci prova)umili e sorridenti,elementi non scontati.Forza ragazzi qualche errore ci sta e dagli errori si impara.Ci rivedremo presto.
