Gourmet dinner with a tasting of the chef's choice of several courses, each more delicious than the last. We paired each course with wines according to his recommendation.
The precise and well-prepared service, detailed explanations of each dish served and the accompanying wine, and the chef, made this experience unique.
The venue was meticulously curated, with carefully chosen sculptures and details. The low noise level allowed for clear conversation.
Free outdoor parking; reservations are recommended.
20/06/2026: The experience is one of those unforgettable ones. The raw ingredients, attention to detail, the professionalism of the staff, and the kindness and courtesy are all there. The food... well, Léveillè knows how to seduce... and it does it wonderfully.

The fries were different from the usual ones because of the spices and definitely worth trying!

25/07/2026: The burgers are delicious, cooked to perfection! The staff is very friendly. Takeout is convenient for those who live nearby. It would be great if they always used dairy-free bread, thus preventing lactose intolerant people from being forced to eat gluten-free sandwiches, which are also dairy-free, but not as good as regular bread.

11/05/2026: I'm sorry to give a negative review, but I believe that those who do good work should be appreciated, but those who provide poor service should not. Traveling all over Italy every day, I can't say my piece..... I went in with my daughter for breakfast, not even a greeting when we said goodbye, the croissants weren't excellent, note: the pistachio croissant cost €3!!!! Absurd, the cappuccino made in a hurry rating 4, ok, my daughter gets up to go to the bathroom: bathroom without soap and paper!!!! We're not there.....We get up, pay, say goodbye, no one answers us....I'm sorry but personally the rating is 2 --!!!! Never again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

22/04/2026: Great experience. I tried their pizza and I have to say I really liked it. The dough melted in the bite. The mozzarella was good, a lovely milky white color without being too burnt. The sweet tomato sauce was balanced. Excellent pizza at a really low price. Not to mention the friendly owners, who were top notch!

I've tried many pizzerias in Brescia, but I've never found a pizza better than Roland's.
I've been going to this place since I lived in Bovezzo, and even now that I live in Lamarmora, I still come all the way to Mare Blu in Concesio to eat there. Because it's truly exceptional.
It's an honor to have been the first Korean to try Roland's pizza 😄
I'm always grateful to Roland and his staff for their kindness and for the attention they always show in trying to give you that little extra something🙏

01/01/2026: We were there for New Year's Eve 2025 dinner. The old building is well-maintained and has its own charm.
The owner and chef personally served us, explaining the dishes created with locally sourced ingredients. The lady was friendly and kind. We had a great time and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
26/12/2025: For the 2025 Christmas party. I had a great time: friendly staff, good food, and a wonderful setting surrounded by greenery. I recommend trying it.

30/06/2026: We were there on Sunday 28th June. They didn't warn us that the oven was broken. They brought us the pizzas, they were shoe soles. Then, after seeing that we left the pizzas, they apologized saying that the oven was broken. Tell them before you make less than ordering.
29/06/2026: I went for lunch, the food was ok but when it came to dessert I found some plastic in my mouth, a very unpleasant event.

12/05/2026: Intrigued by the always-full parking lot, we decided to try it. The result was good: a tasty pizza with a light and distinctive crust. The service and attention were excellent. The dessert was very good, but the coffee was a little less so. The place is quite noisy. We'll be back to try the food. Suitable for everyone...if there's a couple of you, you don't need to book, but I might call.

11/06/2026: Excellent piadina, the girl who served me was very kind even though there were a lot of people and she was working completely alone, I have to say that the shop is dilapidated, embarrassing chairs and tables not to mention the unbearable heat, the air conditioning seemed at least 10/15 years old
11/06/2026: Good morning, I have to say that the piadinas are of excellent quality, lovingly prepared, and offer a great variety. Unfortunately, however, excellent quality is sometimes not enough; the place as a whole presents little attention to detail and, frankly, is worn out in some areas. The staff is excellent, if only we could use a plural form of "staff." Unfortunately, the girl was tossed between the kitchen and the counter, and despite being a great worker, she couldn't manage the workload.
In essence, I give the food a solid 5 stars for everything.
As for the service, I have to give it three stars. It would be 5 stars for the girl and 1 for leaving her alone to manage an entire place. I averaged it.
I give the atmosphere 2 stars because I didn't like it, but at least it was clean.

27/03/2026: Excellent pastries...the cannoncini are a delight 😍 During the Carnival period, I recommend getting the Lettuce because they melt in your mouth. The fruit tart and millefeuille are also very good.
