12/09/2025: Always quality and zero-mile burgers

29/07/2025: Today I had the fortune of meeting two exceptional people, Maurizio and Roberto. Owners and creators of the Mauri's hamburger joint. Although I was fortunate enough to meet them only today, I know they're well-known in the Brescia area and beyond for their professionalism, which they've applied to creating fast food restaurants worthy of the name. An excellent concept, extraordinary and friendly staff, but what makes them special and unique are their burgers, a delicacy made with raw ingredients that make your palate celebrate like New Year's Eve. Meat, cheese, vegetables, and spices, carefully selected using what the local area has to offer. All this comes together in an explosion of flavors that will leave everyone speechless. I tried the creation of the month, "Calabrese Burger," and I can sum it up in two words: extraordinarily good. What more can I say? Well done guys, this will definitely go a long way.

20/10/2025: We had a couple of pizzas. Thin and good. The main course was supposed to be paella. It was brought to us in a baking dish. I think paella should be brought to the table in a paella pan. The rice didn't have the classic crust. I'd describe it as boiled saffron rice. Very good, with lots of shellfish and very good seafood. But not paella. A beautiful dining room and friendly staff.

17/10/2025: Competent, polite, and friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere, excellent food. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children. Service is very fast. Enjoy your meal.

28/09/2025: Impeccable, fast service and delicious food, made exactly as pictured on the menu. Our waitress Giorgia was very kind to us and had no problem modifying the dish I chose for my allergies. The Game of Thrones-themed atmosphere was perfect too! Lovely experience, 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Outstanding service, quick with delicious food, which looks just like the pictures on the menu. 07/05/2025: Mio marito finalmente mi ha portato in questo meraviglioso ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato in modo divino, tutto è ben curato, le materie prime sono ottime e gli accostamenti particolari. Il tutto è molto fresco e leggero. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
