18/03/2024: Being called a "stingy cheapskate" just because you don't take dessert seems excessive to me in 2024, but apparently not for the Niniva staff. All this was brought to the attention of one of the staff who first denied everything without apologizing. People should learn to look around before talking too much while taking a cigarette break with colleagues, or even before that they could avoid comments about customers. Good day ps: we are cheapskates but whoever puts cream in carbonara is no different🤭

27/02/2024: Beautiful place to have an aperitif..

31/03/2024: We had dinner on March 30th. The impression at the entrance was not good, we arrived at the opening after 7pm and the place was completely dark, shortly after they turned on the lights. It is located on the second floor of a building, it has a terrace overlooking the lake, we stayed inside as it was bad weather. We ate some appetizers with cured meats, cheeses and mushroom pie while as a first course I had chestnut tagliatelle with venison and dried sardines on polenta croutons. Medium-high prices

29/03/2024: I catapulted myself into a beautiful place with an excellent view.. the restaurant is spacious and sober.. the waiters are courteous and well-prepared.. wholemeal fettuccine with deer ragout.. just to name one.. or bagoss rice with reduction to wine. The superlative desserts.. and when in doubt, ask Tudor for advice..

07/04/2024: Restaurant in the upper town, in an area little visited by tourists, very rustic and authentic. The place is very nice and well-kept, the staff is very kind and approachable, the food is delicious. These are mostly Bergamo specialties revisited or modernized but always maintaining the traditional spirit. Large and well-stocked wine list, bonus for leaving us the bottle of wine to take home as there were two of us and we wouldn't have been able to finish it. The owner was very happy with this choice so that the wine does not go to waste. Good prices compared to the quality.

04/04/2024: I will never eat there. First weekend in Italy and we wanted to eat there as it has good reviews but when we got there, since we did not have a reservation, they couldn't take us since it was fully booked, which is understandable. However, the staff was SO RUDE, they just shooshed us away, just said 'it's fully booked' and turned away. What type of service is this??? I could have definitely go back since I am staying in Bergamo for a few months but no, TERRIBLE and RUDE staff.

06/05/2024: Optimal! Top hospitality, tried both for dinner and for communion lunch. Smiling staff, explanation of the dishes, excellent food, logical prices (quality must be paid for, the right amount as in this case). Their casoncelli are worth trying, but also the pasta with lake ragù, catfish fish, and many other excellent dishes.

07/04/2024: I tried this pizzeria through some friends... nothing to say about the quality, the choice, the lightness (unfortunately, out of 4 pizzas, mine had a charred edge🙄) Good choice of beers and desserts... crowded environment. We recommend booking in advance especially if on the week. Limited parking

19/03/2024: Had lunch today, super friendly and very professional waiters. My husband with celiac disease found the dishes delicious.....and the dessert too, practically a top restaurant!!! I highly recommend it, we will definitely come and visit you next time. THANK YOU 🌻 🌻 🌻

19/03/2024: Very good pizza, I ordered a "peasant" and I must admit that between the dough, the cooking and the ingredients everything was excellent. The dessert a little less. The service was quick and friendly. It deserves it.
