Last Saturday we celebrated my husband's birthday there, and it was a truly special experience. The food was simply excellent—so much so that it would be worth returning to Bergamo just to try the delicious casoncelli again 😊 The restaurant also prepared a birthday cake (a cheesecake) that was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted. Impeccable service, a wonderful atmosphere, and exquisite wines. A place we'll fondly remember and will definitely return to.

Absolutely gorgeous food, service and venue just minutes from tourist traps in Bergamo Citta Alta. Amazing food served, made on the premises in the most comfortable, cosy restaurant. The staff are as warm and friendly as the restaurant, La Tana is a must stop for all, do not miss this gem of a place, grazie mille ❤️

A very good lunch; we tried the scarpinoc and the polenta, both excellent, as were the desserts. They offer vegan options, which is quite rare and worth mentioning!

Perfect choice. I came to Bergamo to celebrate an anniversary as a couple. We wanted to try a restaurant that was both traditional and special. We found the perfect place. The dishes showcase all the local products; you can taste the meticulous selection of ingredients and the respect for Bergamo's traditions. The hostess was impeccable in guiding us through the menu. The Sant'Alessandro rafioli were incredible. Furthermore, for those with various intolerances or by choice, there's a wide range of vegan options here that goes well beyond the typical indulgence. We usually expect to find the usual nonsense, like the grilled vegetable side dish as a vegan option, but this time we found a real interest in offering an original and incredible selection of flavors, perhaps even more so than the meat dishes we'd eaten. The leek roll was one of the best appetizers I've ever had, and the coconut cake with banana cream was excellent. The wine list was also carefully selected. Congratulations to the entire staff; you're doing a great job.

I went to this restaurant with two of my friends, former colleagues, and Tuscan colleagues who came to Bergamo to visit me for my birthday. The restaurant is elegant, relaxing, and well-decorated. The staff is friendly and professional. We ate very well; there's excellent research into local products, which are cooked and showcased with skill. The wine cellar is excellent, with a wide selection, especially from our province. We'll definitely be back.
