29/09/2025: Terrible experience: tagliolini allo scoglio were overcooked and reheated, left uneaten and on my plate. The waitress (very polite and kind) asked why I hadn't finished my order. I calmly explained what was wrong, and in response, the managers' daughter barged in, extremely rude, and didn't apologize, but rather resentfully. She clearly doesn't know how to do her job.

They didn't have a working POS machine, long waits for coffee, and the staff weren't even friendly: we definitely won't be back!

06/10/2025: My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant, and I have to say we had a really great time. The service was quick and courteous. The pizzas were excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality of the ingredients used.

22/08/2025: Affordable two-star hotel. It's clean, though, the breakfast room is nice and has plenty of options, and the staff is very friendly. The room is small and modest, but not uncomfortable. One issue I had was the very noisy air conditioning. Good location, just steps from the beach and not far from the historic district. Affordable for Alassio.
20/05/2025: As far as I'm concerned, kind and thoughtful, as well as discreet, excellent breakfast and considering that we are in Alassio perhaps a little expensive but not excessive. I asked for a single and then they gave me a double at the same price for reasons not better specified.....

27/09/2025: Service was slow, even though the bar was at 30% capacity. Despite two cocktails for €9 each, there weren't even any chips or nuts.
14/09/2025: Very nice atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent aperitifs paired very well with something to nibble on. The coffee is also good with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I recommend it and always gladly return when I'm in Alassio. 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

24/09/2025: I'll start by saying that, having a house in Alassio, I know every place in town very well, including the historic Balzola.
Unfortunately, for years now, I've felt the value for money was completely lost.
A Spritz + Crodino was €13, and no receipt.
This would be fine.
Unfortunately, the Spritz on top was the worst I've ever had.
In my sad opinion, a place that now remains iconic only for its location.
12/09/2025: Breakfast with cappuccino and a croissant with raspberry jam for €4.50!!!
The outside area was not clean and there were no napkins.
Cappuccino served in vintage cups, but not the right size for a cappuccino, so basically just foam (€2.50).
At the checkout, a "guy" who treats customers in an insolent manner...
What a shame!
But why is it that the worst product always has a higher price than those who do a good job and charge a fair price?

30/10/2025: The hospitality and courtesy further enhance the pleasure of spending a holiday in such an enchanting place. The spa is definitely an added bonus, as is the breakfast room with its extremely friendly staff. I wholeheartedly recommend it, even for short weekend breaks.
25/10/2025: Friendly and competent reception, large and clean rooms, top-notch sweet and savory breakfast! Excellent location very close to the sea.

08/10/2025: A historic Ligurian gelateria in Alassio, the gelato is quite good. The cup served at the table is fine, but the small, two-flavor cone for €3.50 is decidedly expensive!
The place is clean and welcoming. The girl at the cash register is polite. What I don't like is the rude and unfriendly man at the counter with his Sicilian accent. It really clashes with "A Cuvea"! We're in Liguria, so local management is better!
25/08/2025: The best ice-creams and "cassate" in Alassio. All the waiters are nice and fast! I strongly recommend the place!

Extremely positive experience at Bagni Londra.
The beach is always tidy, with clean toilets, changing rooms, and hot showers, with staff coming through several times a day.
A special mention for the beach towels available to everyone.
Excellent.
Highly recommended.

20/03/2025: Dopo varie e positive esperienze nel recente passato, sono incappato in una giornata negativa. A parte la sgradevole compagnia di un tavolo attiguo causa vociare insopportabile dei commensali rimango deluso dai piati ordinati. Polpo alla ligure asciutto ed insipido. Polpo grigliato secco, pure lui insipido. Per nn parlare delle verdure abbinate al piatto. Pomodori inguardabili, patate anonime, broccoli crudi e mancanza della crema di ceci, riportata nel menù. Peccato davvero.

08/07/2025: Siamo andati a mangiare da cambusa con amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo, piatti molto buoni e personale super gentile. Quando tornerò ad Alassio ci tornerei molto volentieri, meno rinomato di altri ma più buono di tanti.
29/06/2025: Servizio perfetto e piatti ottimi! Super consigliato.
Abbiamo prenotato per domenica a pranzo, Abbiamo mangiato trofie al pesto e acciughe impanate.
