We let ourselves be guided by Luca, an excellent host and chef of the restaurant, who is very good at advising us on the specialties on the menu as best as possible. 01/04/2024: My experience at the sushi restaurant was a bit disappointing. Although the service was acceptable, I found the variety and quantity of food to be very limited. In particular, the raw fish was poor, with only three pieces of salmon offered. Considering that sushi is mainly based on the freshness and variety of raw fish, this lack was truly a critical point. I was hoping to find a larger and more generous selection for a more satisfying experience.

29/03/2024: Service fabulous, and great food... atmosphere is good but we were sat by a noisey fridge. Very vibrant and would definately recommend this place. Worth a visit.

01/04/2024: We were here for Easter Monday lunch, a small and informal place with modest prices where you can enjoy very fresh and impeccably cooked fish. The farinata and stuffed artichokes are also excellent. Reservations are required, it is located in the historic center of Albenga but there is free parking nearby. Advised!

02/04/2024: The portico is a restaurant with classic Ligurian stone walls. Run by young staff but with good, fresh and traditionally cooked products. Prices correspond to the average for quality/price ratio.

31/03/2024: If I could give O I would. The fish starts to stink from the head, and in this case the owner is such a rude person that the whole environment suffers. We went two weeks ago for a family dinner and even today, thinking back to the owner's grumpy behavior and the mediocre food for the price paid, we wonder how it is possible to do catering in this way in a beautiful seaside place like Loano.

30/03/2024: After reading the incredibly good reviews of the restaurant, we wanted to know if this was possible. So I called, made a reservation (you should definitely do that) and went there in the evening. It wasn't easy to find as the access roads were closed due to a festival. Then we almost drove past because from the outside you really didn't suspect that there was a restaurant inside. Inside is a miracle, a great family restaurant, very modern and comfortably furnished and fully staffed. Many groups of men and families with the famous Tomahawk Steak or T-Bone Steak. We had the grilled skewers, pasta al ragu, fillet steak and mixed salad. The meat was incredibly tender and tasty. Pasta one of the best with an excellent meat sauce. Enjoy an incomparable experience. Plus the local white wine, which went well. One of the best dinners we had in Italy.
