Il Barrante In Alassio

A pizzeria that also serves food. Lots of people ask me how the food is. I reply that I've never been there, or bought the pizzas and tried them. Not bad. They're almost like the ones in Naples, perhaps with a lighter dough, and that's a good thing. Mirco, well done, and the boss too. Try it. Bye everyone.

Exquisite food, knowledgeable and friendly staff

We were served by Widad who was very kind and friendly in her service despite the prospect of a long wait. Recommended

Service was virtually nonexistent: the waiters, wearing earpieces, neither greeted nor thanked us, and the pace was consistently slow. The €2.50 cover charge, for a simple paper placemat and a glass, was decidedly excessive. The pizza was good, but the crust—as you can see in the photo—was excessively thick, especially considering the price.

An excellent place, I was there for lunch today, both seafood and meat dishes, fresh fish and excellent good quality, I will gladly return, highly recommended, the staff is very kind and helpful

All wonderful... The chef is number 1... Mirko is splendid and has an amazing organization... Not to mention the pizza chef who I think is the number 1 on the coast ;) well done guys

We waited a long time at the door, then a long time for our menus, then a long time for our drinks, and finally a long time for our food. No water, no bread, and no sauce were served. The service was rather abrupt, and the waiters were not very friendly. However, the food was good.

The food is very good. The service is excellent. I’ve been there several times — I recommend it.

Very nice staff. Maybe a little too eager to take orders but it didn't matter much. We ordered two starters a salmon tartare and a prosciutto with Buffalo mozzarella. The prosciutto was huge but fantastically tasty. The tartare was also good. Then we ordered a pasta with seafood and a pasta with shrimp. Been here almost a week and it was the best thing I've ever eaten. The bill was quite high compared to other restaurants it landed just under 100 euros. But easily worth it.
