18/03/2025: Situata in località Fornelli (prima citazione nel 1100), a ridosso dell'omonima abbazia (ora privata), quest'antica osteria ti avvolge con la sua intima atmosfera rurale: la stufa accesa, il pavimento in cotto, le tende a metà finestra e i murales di vita campestre; il menù: ottimi ravioli e gasse (della casa!) con burro e salvia, al ragù, al pesto, al sugo di carciofi, e poi arrosto in crosta, lingua in salsa verde, fegato ai ferri accompagnati da insalata russa, peperoni con acciughe, spinaci etc. il dolce: una profumatissima macedonia, il bonet, la meringata, ed una crostata di mele che si mangia con gli occhi! Pranzo con primo, secondo e contorno (abbondanti), pane, dolce, acqua, vino e caffè, circa 17€ a testa. Torniamo sempre volentieri. Grazie.

05/09/2025: An experience worth repeating! From the food to the location, I found everything exceptional. The vegan dishes were truly delicious: I'm not a huge fan of vegan cuisine, but I was surprised by the unique flavors I tasted this evening. Each course, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, delivered intense and satisfying flavors, without making me miss the meat altogether. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant's location is simply perfect: an elegant and well-maintained villa in the heart of Albisola. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
