An experience worth repeating! From the food to the location, I found everything exceptional. The vegan dishes were truly delicious: I'm not a huge fan of vegan cuisine, but I was surprised by the unique flavors I tasted this evening. Each course, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, delivered intense and satisfying flavors, without making me miss the meat altogether.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant's location is simply perfect: an elegant and well-maintained villa in the heart of Albisola.

Not just a restaurant, but a journey, first of the senses and then of the soul. I only discovered upon our arrival that the place supports, or rather is a wonderful refuge for various animals living free and happy. There's no better way to spend my money.
Aside from delighting us with top-quality cruelty-free food, not to mention the location—an impressive ancient villa—and the classy background music, we felt right at home, surrounded by an extremely welcoming atmosphere.
