14/02/2024: Avevo già pranzato un paio di volte in questo posto e mi ero trovato sempre molto bene. Questo pomeriggio alle 14.30 mi trovavo di passaggio ma avendo già pranzato e vedendo diversi tavoli vuoti esternamente ho chiesto se era possibile prendere un caffè ed una grappa. Sono stato invitato molto scortesemente con tono alto della voce ad andarmene al bar più avanti(non c'erano bar aperti ,solo ristoranti) . Il tizio deve ringraziare solo che sono una persona educata e che questo pomeriggio ero molto sereno. La colpa è di chi vi porta i soldi non è vostra.
07/01/2024: Bel posto ma cibo deludente. Spacciare per pesce fresco quello surgelato in una grigliata e un fritto misto a una pugliese, é un reato

06/03/2024: Ottima cucina Ligure, ho mangiato un super fritto misto e la mia compagna dei ravioli fantastici. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. Lo consiglio vivamente.

31/03/2024: Notwithstanding the fact that on occasions the food is bad almost everywhere, for Easter 2024 I decided to book here but regretted it. The fixed menu is really simple, poor and sad. A miserable appetizer with tuna tartare, cod in kataifi paste, anchovy pie and little else. First course of maccheroncini (terrible pasta) with clams and shelled muscles. Second course: fried, chewy and dark in colour. Positive note: the dessert and the friendly staff. Absolutely inadequate and exorbitant price for the proposal. I don't think I'll return.

07/01/2024: Ristorante trovato mentre passeggiavamo, locale molto rustico e carino, abbiamo preso un antipasto dell’osteria, due primi, due dolci, una bottiglia d’acqua e mezzo litro di vino della casa per un conto di 75 euro. Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza buono, secondo me il conto è un po’ alto, comunque lo consiglio.
07/01/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo. Location e cibo nella norma,niente da dire. Abbiamo preso 1 testarolo,1 linguina,1 muscolo ripieno, 2 dolci e il vino.Ma al momento di pagare (90€!!!!!!) ,essendo rimasti un pò basiti sul conto,abbiamo controllato i prezzi e. ....erano tutti maggiorati rispetto a quelli esposti nel menù! Abbiamo confrontato i prezzi sul menù e quelli sullo scontrino e,carta alla mano,ci sono stati aggiunti 30€ in più in totale. Compresa l'acqua,che non avevamo preso . Molto molto male!

18/10/2023: Great friendly service. A nice place to get away from the touristy restaurants, Lots of fun locals and best food we had in Portovenere. A bit overpriced. I wanted to order the €18 avocado toast just see what you get but couldn't bring myself to do it.

26/03/2024: Having read the previous reviews which spoke very highly of the cuisine, we tried this restaurant, despite taking into account the previous reports of increased prices in the bill. In all honesty I can only speak highly of the welcoming and friendly owner, as well as the excellent quality cuisine. At the time of the bill, as already "alerted" by previous reviews, I checked the price of all the courses and found that for the scampi appetizer the price on the receipt was 30 euros, compared to the 20 euros indicated on the menu. Having reported the incident to the owner, I was refunded 10 euros with many apologies. Such a pity. Why ruin the good work done this way? It can happen once but if too many reviews report the same problem, the light bulb of legitimate doubt comes on.

05/03/2024: Che dire, è stato davvero un piacere cenare qui!
Luogo tranquillo,in una baia “un po’ dimenticata” che meriterebbe di esser rivalutata…personale estremamente gentile e competente ,le pietanze proposte più che deliziose!
Il pesce è davvero eccellente,cucinato e servito in maniera magistrale,ottimo l’antipasto misto del gambero e la zuppa ( che è estremamente abbondante oltre che sfiziosa! )
Ravioli di astice e branzino buonissimi e fritto misto eccellente,il tutto innaffiato da un perfetto vermentino locale consigliatoci!
Non mi resta che ripetere i miei complimenti!

20/01/2024: Un locale elegante sul lungomare del suggestivo porticciolo, migliorabile nella cura del dettaglio (sala fumatori all’ingresso, muri un po’ rovinati) . Antipasti buoni, specie la tartare di tonno, primi un po’ slegati, mi aspettavo di più dallo spaghetto ai gamberi.
Dolci purtroppo non lasciano il segno.
Buona selezione di vini, servizio un po’ freddo ma professionale. Prezzo tutto sommato adeguato.

31/03/2024: Toilets are in a disgusting state with no paper and urine all over the floor. Rude staff who didn’t want to help. Decided not to eat here as a result.
30/03/2024: Convenient location and spacious room. "Tourist" prices but I think it's inevitable, Portovenere is a tourist location.... Excellent hot chocolate, not sweet. The blackberry biscuit is also excellent. Precise service but a little cold and "distant", perhaps also due to the slightly gray day. External toilets but still right behind the venue.

07/01/2024: Provato per caso ma siamo rimasti delusi, abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora per mangiare male, il pesce non sapeva di pesce le patatine nuotavano nell’olio.
Conto troppo caro per la qualità del cibo.
L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione del locale.

17/03/2024: E’stata una bellissima esperienza la passeggiata da Portovenere al rifugio dove vi ha accolto Edison davvero gentile e premuroso.il nostro tavolino aveva una vista mozzafiato.
Abbiamo mangiato bene spaghetti ai muscoli e calmati patate e piselli top.
Ci torneremo magari per un we di trekking 🎉🫶
07/01/2024: Alla fine di un trekking da Rio Maggiore al rifugio siamo state accolte per cena da Massimiliano che é un cuoco formidabile. Cena sublime x nn parlare della zuppa di pesce . Abbiamo anche dormito lì. Silenzioso vista unica sulla baia. Un paradiso. Grazie per l'accoglienza e x la cucina unica. Vivian e Maddalena
