26/12/2024: We are in Portovenere and with this premise we could delude ourselves. We found a sad, old and decidedly not clean place. Then we move on to the most painful point: a fixed menu that is very expensive for the food offered, but even more serious without specifying the type of fish, for example. I avoid talking about the appetizer (merciless), for the pappardelle with redfish instead not seasoned at all and I add one of the fish (although good) among the least expensive so as not to justify the bill. As for the second course, with a fish not specified in the menu, from the color you could think of salmon but since there is no flavor that could identify it I can assume that it was something frozen. And finally, for dessert, a mousse, which despite finding it perhaps the only course I would save had nothing to do with Christmas. Avoid if you can!

16/02/2025: Locale per turisti, qualità pessima, si punta solo a prendere più gente possibile senza dare un briciolo di qualità o servizio a cui purtroppo non si può dare zero..lasciate perdere in zona c'è molto di meglio!

16/02/2025: The hotel's location is perfect, you can reach the center of Porto Venere with a 10-minute walk. Room facing the sea with a large panoramic window and a balcony with chairs and a table. Unfortunately, however, the curtains on the windows were thin and at dawn we woke up with the sun inside the room, impossible to continue resting. They put earplugs among the gadgets in the room but not the mask... a questionable choice given that the curtains are almost useless. Then in the room there was an unpleasant smell that came up from the toilet and drains. Let's get to breakfast: abundant but not adequate for a 4-star hotel, but really annoying, we started at 9.30, the time when breakfast was served was by 10, at 10.05 they started to take away the buffet while we were still eating... I'll start by saying that, being February, we were 2 couples in the whole room, so not exactly a crowd. After having removed everything, probably having noticed our disappointment, the waiter came to the table to tell us that, since breakfast time had ended a good 5 minutes before and they had to clear the table, after having actually already taken away the entire buffet, he asked us "do you still want something before I take it away?"... It seemed like a joke. Too bad because the night before they had been kind enough to serve us a glass of wine at the bar even though we had arrived shortly after the official closing time.

26/12/2024: Best hotel of Porto Venere. Convenient for parking, for location to access to the ferries, restaurants etc nice breakfast and polite staff

23/03/2025: The food brought did not match what was written on the menu. You have to wait a long time. Instead of the 3 drinks ordered, they brought one, but the bill included 3. Locals were served faster.

17/03/2025: Restaurant/Pizzeria on the Portovenere seafront, tastefully furnished and with attention to every detail. Courteous and professional staff. We tasted 3 different pizzas and were super satisfied: tasty dough, perfect cooking and toppings with fresh and tasty ingredients. We will be back to taste the rest!!!

15/12/2024: Serata in famiglia accolti e coccolati dalla musica abbiamo cenato dall antipasto al dolce in totale relax ,un ottimo vino consigliato ci ha tenuto compagnia 😁

19/03/2025: The prices are excessive for a tiny, low-quality piece of focaccia left on the shelf at the end of the day, obviously because we are tourists. A real disappointment, better to avoid it! When I went back to complain, one of the sales assistants said to the other: "I told you so". A nice set-up. Better to go to Forno de Mä: the quality and service are excellent!

09/03/2025: I tried Recco-style focaccia with stracchino, focaccia with pesto and simple focaccia with rosemary, all nothing short of fabulous. When I pass through here, I will definitely return.

06/09/2024: Entrate per caso, attirate dell'invito per una degustazione, il Pesto era davvero buono, abbiamo comprato dei vasetti ma poi abbiamo scoperto che l'olio usato per farlo non era quello extravergine...

24/08/2024: Mi hijo ama a Pesto. Probó una muestra de esto mientras pasábamos. Tomamos un frasco para traerlo a casa y él se lo ha comido todo en 3 días y dijo que es el mejor.

08/03/2025: Mi sono recato in questo ristorante seguendo una recensione di Tripadvisor. Locale tipico in pieno centro di Portovenere . Abbiamo pranzato con piatti tipici liguri . Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ottima scelta

04/03/2025: Location incantevole e curata nei minimi dettagli, servizio veloce e preciso, selezione di piatti locali magnifica: grattafin di Levanto, testaroli ai tre sughi, calamari scottati, latte dolce fritto le nostre scelte. Da provare

03/11/2024: Acabábamos de hacer senderismo/repeler hacia abajo desde la cima de la isla y acabamos de perdernos el 2 : 05 pm ferry de vuelta a la tierra firme, así que decidimos parar para tomar una copa. Éramos los únicos allí, ya que estaban empezando a cerrar por la tarde. Como tuvimos tiempo de matar hasta el próximo ferry decidimos almorzar. Empezaban a cerrar pero aún así nos hicieron un par de platos de pasta (espaguetis con almejas y una pasta pesto). Ambas eran excelentes comidas en el patio con una vista fantástica! El servidor incluso nos ofreció un viaje de vuelta si queríamos! Tuve una gran experiencia!

27/10/2024: On y est allé comme ça, car on avait juste faim en débarquant. On est tombé sur un lieu chargé d'histoire, un musée de célébrités avec une anecdote à chaque fois. Le serveur était aux petits soins. Ô. À mangé des pâtes aux vongole à la Giuseppe exceptionnelles, ça fait longtemps que je n'avais mangé de si bonnes pâtes. Je recommande cet endroit, sympa, romantique, à voir.

17/10/2024: April 24, 2024. We ate there for lunch, 4 adults, 3 children and a baby. Served very quickly, pizza for the whole table with two bottles of water and two iced teas, all for €65. Installed on the terrace with a view of the sea and under the sun, we had a great time. Not great gastronomy but tasty pizza and an Italian atmosphere. I advise.

17/10/2024: Le 24 avril 2024. Nous y avons mangé un midi, 4 adultes, 3 enfants et un bébé. Servis très rapidement, pizza pour tout la table avec deux bouteilles d'eau et deux thés glacés, le tout pour 65€. Installés en terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sous le soleil, un très bon moment de passé. Pas de la grande gastronomie mais une pizza savoureuse et l'ambiance italienne. Je conseille.
