26/08/2025: We absolutely loved dining here! The food was amazing, and the owner serving us was so friendly and hospitable. A must visit if you are in La Spezia! It is quite small, which adds to the great service, so it’s best to book ahead to avoid missing out. The Cacio e Pepe with prawns is a must try dish.

26/08/2025: This was easily our favourite meal in La Spezia- a gorgeous friendly passionate man front of house, an interesting menu filled with stories and great quality honest food made deliciously. The ambience was beautiful, home-y, charming and warm and was the most inviting intimate space of all restaurants in La Spezia. The cacio e pepe scampi was an incredible highlight, as was the quality of seafood in the seafood platter- everything really was honest, beautiful food made with love. I would 100% recommend visiting and making a booking! Very small seatings mean you’ll need to book ahead but this also creates a very intimate, warm setting. Grazie!

19/06/2025: The best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten! If you've never been to Naples or you feel nostalgic, if you want to discover the flavors and immerse yourself in tradition, you can't miss coming to Nóstos. Excellent quality ingredients, combined with love and attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, an environment suitable for adults and children. Oh, I forgot, if you want to conclude this experience, I recommend you try the pastiera and the Signor Babbà!

10/06/2025: Appena siamo entrati ci hanno accolto benissimo, il cameriere e proprietario della pizzeria era molto simpatico e ci ha portati subito a un tavolo vuoto, geniale l'idea delle tovagliette con la cabala ( smorfia napoletana) abbiamo preso due pizze, entrambe buonissime, cucinate bene, complimenti allo chef, poi abbiamo preso un babà delizioso, da leccarsi i baffi, e una pastiera napoletana anche quella buona. Siamo usciti soddisfatti e pieni, non lo si può criticare, le uniche cose che si possono dire sono i complimenti.

28/08/2025: A true tavern from another era. Excellent beers, both local and international, as is the cuisine, featuring local and international dishes. Fast and friendly service. Obviously, my rating is based on the type of establishment, which isn't comparable to other so-called classic restaurants/trattorias.

27/08/2025: La Taverna remains a La Spezia hotspot. A place with medieval overtones, dedicated especially to metal music lovers. It has a wide selection of beers, all exceptional. Not to mention the excellent food. I personally love the pesto-filled sgabei and the charcuterie and cheese platter. So good! The dishes are always plentiful and tasty! The people who work there are very kind and friendly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a night out with friends and to tourists who want to experience a different kind of place than the city has to offer. Keep up the good work 🫶🏻🤘🏻

25/08/2025: We had a wonderful time for dinner. They accommodated us with a reservation (by email) less than 24 hours in advance, with our baby. We arrived to a table already prepared with a high chair in the garden, and to our delight there were other children and babies, so we definitely felt welcomed and in a family-friendly environment. They even had a changing table in the bathroom, which has been something very rare so far on our trip. The service was stellar, very kind and attentive, and the food itself was also extremely delicious and creative. Incredible wine selection. Our favorite restaurant by far during our stay in La Spezia, well worth every penny :)

18/08/2025: Been there several times... Always the same. Turnover is practically nonexistent. In my opinion, the food is overrated, while the atmosphere, though small, is nice. They seat too many people in the small spaces, even though it seems they've expanded the outdoor area now.

13/08/2025: I've been vegan for over 12 years, but I don't remember eating so well, every dish. The flavor, the quality, the lady who served us. I went without any expectations. I went with my sister and cousin, who are not vegan, and they were both amazed. COMPLIMENTS to the chef and also to the lady in the dining room who served us so well!!!!!

03/08/2025: I ordered a panuozzo but got a puccia instead. The girl at the restaurant also told me that to make up for it, she'd have the panuozzo brought to me and take the puccia back. Ugh... Highly not recommended.

01/09/2025: We were at this restaurant six years ago, and when we returned to La Spezia this year, we absolutely wanted to eat there again. The food felt even better. We were absolutely thrilled! The staff was also very attentive, and the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. For us, this is an absolute must on any trip to La Spezia. 06/08/2025: Everything is perfect 🤩 . The cocktails are sublime and excellent, so much so that we ordered two. They are served with chips, olives, and hummus 😋. The servers are very friendly and speak good English, which made communication easy. I recommend it without hesitation.

07/08/2025: The best gluten-free and lactose-free ice cream I've ever tasted! I've tried the dark chocolate, the chocolate and orange, and the peach. The flavor and texture are incredible. The owners are always very friendly. If you go to La Spezia, this is a must-stop :)
