09/11/2025: Unfair low rating (well, for the food which is fresh and delicious!), mostly reflecting a minimalist conception of service. Too bad..

26/10/2025: This place is very appealing with an updated and cozy interior (they did have great seating outside but it was too chilly). We ordered the spaghetti with a mixture of shellfish and it was delicious!! The bread was like sourdough bread and great for dipping or shopping up your sauce. The service was attentive and friendly, we will be back.

29/10/2025: Nothing to say! The chicken is delicious, the food is great, but above all, the staff and service are amazing! All the girls at Pollo Alegre are kind, friendly, and above all, incredibly nice! I highly recommend you go there. Kudos to Claudia and Marika, the two blondes at Pollo Alegre (who are incredibly nice, I hope you go there when they're on duty! 😂).

28/10/2025: After forgetting my order, with trays ready with chips and coke outside, they prepare our order with the chicken still raw, the sandwich I got wasn't that great, but the main problem was forgetting my order

16/09/2025: €23 for a beer and a pizza, with a service charge of €2. A high price for the contents brought in. It's written in tiny print on the menu. Fraudulent service. I'll never come back.

12/09/2025: 12/09/2025 We were very disappointed with our meal at La Pitonetta. The prices are high for the quality — the pizzas were completely lacking in flavor. The worst: the waiter was extremely rude, didn't even say hello and seemed reluctant to do his job. When I politely asked to replace a Coke can with a broken tab, he told me "there's nothing I can do" — while other restaurants change the can without a problem. I had to open it with a knife, which was dangerous. Overall, bad experience — would not recommend. We were very disappointed with our meal at La Pitonetta. 10/11/2025: I received terrible service from the man at the till. They charged me €0.60 for plant-based milk. Not only that, the cake was €0.80 on the counter, but when I saw the bill, he charged me €1 for each one. I asked why the difference, and he treated me rudely, saying it was because I had eaten it inside and he was charging me for service. Is that 25% more expensive? On top of that, I asked him, "Where is that written?" and he tried to lie to me, hence this review. They should treat their customers well. I ended up paying almost €6 for a cappuccino and two mini cakes, which weren't even that great.

26/10/2025: Some of the staff are kind, but some are rude, even though the customer addresses them politely, the coffee was brought to him by treating a foreigner badly, because he had sat down without telling the counter and making him notice, speaking very rudely to him, he put the coffee on the table slamming it... they pay, it's not like you give them the coffee for free... have respect.

11/10/2025: Nice place on a pretty square but lousy food, al dente pasta but invisible side dish... very expensive for not much... Lukewarm white wine! In short, run away...

05/08/2025: We recently moved to Ponzano and tried this pizzeria and I have to say we were very satisfied. The pizza and farinata were very good and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

06/07/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten, I've even found better abroad. I order 2 pizzas, a margherita and a mozzarella, chips and sausage, plus a focaccia with mozzarella and raw ham and farinata... they were supposed to be pizzas by the slice but he couldn't make them for me, so we opted for a small round pan... The pizzas and focaccia were large, I hadn't asked for a large farinata anymore. Ok I pay... the beauty of €42 for 2 pizzas, focaccia and a portion of farinata, I emphasize that I had asked for the pizzas to be small. Margherita €11, never seen such an exaggerated price, chips, mozzarella and sausage €14 and the focaccia €10... the rest was the farinata. The pizza with the chips was uneatable, very raw inside and raw chips, the mozzarella, a block that covered the entire puddle, seemed like icing. You couldn't even feel the mozzarella in the focaccia and the ham was very salty. We didn't even open the margherita because we were disgusted by the one with the chips... the only good thing was the farinata. In the photo you can see the height of the "pizza" and the anemic color of the raw chips. I was torn between coming there directly and leaving that crap outside the door. Except for the farinata, everything went in the organic bin.

02/09/2025: Organization, helpfulness, courtesy, friendliness, and a family atmosphere are the hallmarks of the staff led by Daniele and Chiara. The restaurant and pizzeria are excellent.

23/08/2025: One star only because I can't give zero: hard dough, raw sauce, the vegan pizza that was requested (without expecting them to have vegan mozzarella and toppings) was an insult to the eyes and palate (there were even 3 cm or more carrot pieces, with the peel! Inedible...), distracted waitresses who had no idea what was on the menu and who forgot to bring what we had ordered... to be avoided.

08/06/2025: No te acerques. Absolutamente terrible en todos los sentidos. El servicio era pobre. El personal simplemente grosero. Se rompe rancio. El vertido de vino estaba por debajo del estándar. Nos fuimos sin pedir comida que era tan malo.

02/08/2025: at first it was a nice place and was seated outside. Although the service was slow, especially considering the ratio between customer and staff. The shared starter platter was pretty big, infact most portions are big here. Although after starters it took a long time for us to recieve our main courses. The pork was bad and the potatoes were fine. For the pizzas it was mainly okay. The biggest issue was the time between each server interaction. Like i said, very slow service. Portions are filling but you may experience slow service.
