18/01/2026: A cozy, slightly hidden little gem of a restaurant with absolutely delicious food. We tried two different pasta dishes, both full of flavor and clearly made with care. For dessert we shared one dish, which was the perfect ending to the meal 🥰
The staff was very nice and accommodating - we were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door, and felt taken care of until we left the restaurant. Very good prices!!
This is definitely a place that is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back ☺️
30/12/2025: I ordered spaghetti with clams and it wasn't good at all; the only flavor I could taste was garlic, and even when I asked the owner to change it, he didn't seem to want to listen, even after he saw that I left my plate full.

05/02/2026: The waitress was nice, as for the meal, I had a Milanese escalope, I found it a little dry, as well as fries that were very good for frozen ones.

07/03/2026: Had their 85 euro special meny including wine. Not impressed. No "secondi" main dish, only apetizers and a "primi" pasta dish. And meager amount of wine. Had to order cheese not to leave hungry and more wine, both far too expensive.
Thanks for your reply. At a dinner with old friends like this, no one wants to ruin the good times by complaining about the food. I met six of our group of nine yesterday evening at our local bar, and without me starting talking about the dinner, all were like me disappointed. I appreciate your high ambitions, but this was simply not good enough.

08/02/2026: Exceptional cuisine and elegant service in a small restaurant at the entrance to the old town overlooking the new port. It's a trendy and busy place. I think booking in advance is essential.
06/01/2026: A truly fantastic experience at Ü Funtanin! The staff was wonderful, and the food was incredible. Special mention goes to the risotto alle zucche with the tuna tartare—amazing! There are few vegetarian options, but the staff is happy to adapt dishes accordingly.

15/02/2026: Very good and cute, friendly staff (yesterday was Valentine's Day and it was very crowded, but despite that, the staff was efficient and courteous). Excellent gluten-free service, very good, highly recommended!! 💕

The coffee and cappuccino are very good and the pastries are delicious. Nice terrace but too many smokers, which is a shame.

26/02/2026: I visit this cafe every time I happen to go to Ventimiglia. It's been more than 10 years now, and every time I order the same vegetables pie and hot chocolate, and it is still so good I immediately relax and enjoy every minute here. Please visit, if you need a simple, but tasty food break during the day!

12/01/2026: Spectacular. I went last year and hadn't written a review, but it was the highlight of my trip. Many thanks to the chef who gave us excellent service, and the food, despite very good competition, was the most delicious we tasted in three weeks.

24/09/2025: Excellent quality, the creaminess of their pastries is sublime! The coffee is good, and the lady is incredibly kind! She gave me her cell phone number if I wanted to go for breakfast tomorrow morning (I'm a tourist), and she'll save me whatever they want if I arrive late. They have everything you'd expect from an excellent pastry shop.
I'll definitely be back.

The place is minimal... but in the end, it's worth a second floor given the quality!
