I've rarely received such an enthusiastic welcome from the entire team. Located in a village further up the valley after Ventimiglia. Flawless from start to finish. Impeccable service. The signature dish: emulsified beetroot. The €125 garden and sea menu is more than justified. I'll definitely be back.

Expertly blended specialties, with unique flavors and top-quality ingredients, almost all locally sourced, especially the Novello Mosto olive oil, supplied by a local producer, and delicate desserts with aromas and flavors you simply must try!

Everything was perfect! The service, the ambiance inside the restaurant, and of course, the exquisite food. The dishes are inspired by the produce of the Roya Valley, at the beginning of which this little gem is located. We opted for the Roya menu, served at lunchtime, and were truly surprised by the generous portions. Don't be fooled by the roadside setting in a village at the end of the valley. The welcome is simple and efficient, immediately putting you at ease; there's none of the stuffiness you find in some Michelin-starred restaurants. A truly wonderful experience!

The experience fell short of expectations. The restaurant is renowned, so we decided to try it, but we were disappointed with the culinary experience. There's no traditional à la carte menu, but a tasting menu; the restaurant offers three menus, and everyone at the table is "forced" to choose the same one; I disagree with this; in fact, I had to indulge my husband and choose a menu that wasn't to my liking. The tastings were very nice and appealing, but nothing special in terms of flavor. The menu doesn't have anything that leaves a lasting impression; the beetroot sphere tasted like a parfait; the tagliolini, which should have had truffle, or at least the flavor, didn't have it at all. The catch of the day arrived cold, and we had to hurry for our dishes to arrive. The menu is unclear. Too many dishes that taste like nothing; that's the truth and my opinion. We appreciated the constant and constant changing of the cutlery, which was very refined. The bread and butter were fabulous ❤️ The staff was very, very kind and well-trained. We asked for pasta and a cutlet for the child, and they accommodated us. If I had to recommend it, I wouldn't, and I wouldn't go back. It didn't leave a good memory or a good taste. Not worth the price. I wish the staff all the best.
