We've been to Casa Buono on two occasions, and both experiences were very positive, both for the attentive and professional service and the quality of the cuisine. Some dishes were completely to my liking, particularly the pigeon, which I found truly remarkable; others were less convincing, like the beetroot parfait, but of course, this is also a matter of personal preference. Overall, refined cuisine and a pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating. If we have the chance, we'll gladly return.

Nicolas does his job with professionalism and puts you at ease from the very beginning. The waitress who looked after us was also extraordinary, ensuring we had a truly enjoyable time. I've rarely received such an enthusiastic welcome from the entire team. Located in a village further up the valley after Ventimiglia. Flawless from start to finish. Impeccable service. The signature dish: emulsified beetroot. The €125 garden and sea menu is more than justified. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! The service, the ambiance inside the restaurant, and of course, the exquisite food. The dishes are inspired by the produce of the Roya Valley, at the beginning of which this little gem is located. We opted for the Roya menu, served at lunchtime, and were truly surprised by the generous portions. Don't be fooled by the roadside setting in a village at the end of the valley. The welcome is simple and efficient, immediately putting you at ease; there's none of the stuffiness you find in some Michelin-starred restaurants. A truly wonderful experience!
