08/03/2024: If you want real pizza, if you want to fill yourself up with pizza, if you want to say "that's enough, I'm full", if you want your taste buds to taste something unrepeatable, you can't have any doubts: you have to eat a Vincenzino's pizza . The quantity of the toppings and the size of the pizza recommend that a few unwary people should eat one for two, but the goodness leads you to challenge yourself down to the last piece of crust. There are so many olives on the "pizza olives" that it seems as if he cut down an entire tree. If you have the courage you can also try the "Vincenzino pizza", but that's for true connoisseurs. It's normal to have leftover pizza packaged up to take home: reheated the next day it's always good.
There are no half measures: either you hate it or you love it.
Few loyal customers say they have also tried the focaccia, without anything else on top.
Don't miss the Cake, or rather "Cake" without an article is superfluous.
IMPORTANT: don't try to understand why the place has remained the same for 30 years.

03/04/2024: They made a little girl pay for the all you can eat menu and she only ate 1 dish. They didn't provide a receipt. I will report to the financial police. They put sugar instead of salt in the salad. They forgot (or pretended to forget) about ten orders. Never arrived. They brought a dish to the next table instead of ours. All this in a single evening.

04/11/2023: I went for dinner last week. The location is very surprising with interiors designed to the millimetre, not to mention the paintings and works of art on display, it looks like an art gallery. The wait staff was very courteous, friendly and above all attentive. We ate a tuna tartar and breaded anchovies with hazelnuts as an appetizer, a real treat... then we had a super creamy spaghetti with clams and a chicken with a delicate truffle sauce! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!!!

05/04/2024: Perfect Location for a drink. Unfortunately worst service I have ever experienced in Bordighera. Rude and aggressive staff in a self service atmosphere. Extremely disrespectful to tourists. Locals or Italians was given a seat right away, while non locals were treated very poorly. Hope the owner changes soon, so I can enjoy a drink at this nice location.
08/03/2024: Lovely little restaurant along the seafront. We just had drinks - the rose was lovely, as was the prosecco. Staff were friendly and attentive. It was in between lunch & dinner when I think they would normally be closed, but they let us shelter from the rain with some drinks for a while.

16/01/2024: Il Cappero non è solo un ingrediente per la pizza ma il nome della migliore pizzeria di Bordighera. E’stato un piacere quando l’ho scoperta anni fa. Anche se il Locale era più piccolo ma la pizza 🍕 deliziosa 😋 oggi lo spazio per i clienti si è ingrandito e la pizza sempre buonissima 😋 E ‘ anche un ottimo ristorante! I dolci fatti in casa vanno assolutamente assaggiati. Personale disponibile ed accogliente. Una sera ero indeciso 🤔 se prendere una pizza ai funghi porcini o ai frutti di mare ed il titolare che è anche pizzaiolo ha risolto il mio dubbio: meta’pizza ai funghi e metà con gli altri ingredienti 👏Consiglio vivamente “Il Cappero”, pizzeria ristorante al centro di Bordighera sulla strada principale. Dimenticavo: locale pulito e la pizza viene preparata a vista.
14/01/2024: Una piacevole sorpresa, pizze molto buone dall'impasto molto leggero e guarnitura molto ricca. Sbirciando i tavoli vicino anche i piatti di cucina paiono allettanti e di ampia porzione. Se si passa da Bordighera è un ottimo punto ristoro.

05/01/2024: Cucina ottima, prezzi adeguati per Bordighera, la qualità e la reputazione del locale.
Purtroppo hanno chiuso la cucina durante il pranzo, senza alcun preavviso e non abbiamo potuto ordinare secondi piatti. Mi è sembrato molto poco professionale, considerando che proprio il gestore ci aveva detto “ordinate i primi ora, dopodiché ordinerete i secondi”. Peccato. Amen, torneremo per provarli, li perdono (ma gli costa una stellina 🤓).
