Beautiful place, really good menu

We had the great fortune to share a wine tasting with the chef and owner earlier in the day, and they invited us to dine at the restaurant that evening. We had no idea what to expect, but I can say everything was beyond what we had imagined. World class cocktails, an impressive wine list and some of the best sushi I have had the fortune to try. I live gyoza and was very pleased with all of the offerings available that day. Do not skip the desserts they were outstanding as well. I have the highest praise for the restaurant, they friendly and truly meaningful service YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!

Accoglienza, educazione e servizio impeccabile. Materie prime di FRESCHISSIMA QUALITÀ accuratamente trattate e servite con tecnica e connubio. L’alternativa che MANCAVA a Bordighera nello splendido quadretto della zona Alta. Alle moderne pietanze locali si aggiungono sushi strepitosi con varietà ricercate e vini in carta da urlo! Bravi bravi bravi.

We were there for an aperitif and ordered something extra for an aperitif. Would I go back? No We spent €100 between 2 for an aperitif which was neither aperitif nor dinner, a bit too much I would say. We had a small table that didn't even fit dishes ☺️ I would say they either put smaller plates or get bigger tables. Overall good but not great for the price you could do more.

Quite honestly the best food I have ever had in my 15 years being a chef. I have worked everywhere from gastro pubs to 2 michline star resteraunts. And never befor have I exprianced so much joy from food. I hope it is still here when I come back. I don't think il ever have anything as nice as this was
